但您也有一些不足之处，那就是您总是偏心一些好学生，对学习不好的同学来说有些不公平。我认为您应该多多关注他们，耐心的为他们讲解，让他们对学习感兴趣，不再觉得学习是件痛苦的事情。这是我对您的建议，希望您能接受，也希望您别放弃班上的任意一位同学。
