中心公园位于市中心繁华地段。左有国商大厦，右靠跨湖大桥，前通北直街，后通医院路，是一个交通便捷、景色优美的好地方。

中心公园离莲花山不远，紧挨着花卉世界。但是这里却并没有太多人，在春节高峰期，这样人少的地方实在难得，所以我们决定先去公园游玩，再去花卉世界买花。
中心公园贯通着一条福田河，这条河河面不大水却很清。我们沿着河边一边走一边欣赏公园的景致。公园里，绿树成荫，有几个池塘也是水平如镜，远远地还可看到笔架山峰，我们还看到几根“笔”，架在一个“木块”上，笔架山大概是这么得名的吧。
走着走着，姥爷把摄影机给我，让我拍摄，我的先跑到前面，然后等大家都接近的时候我就得按“拍摄”键。真别说，我还拍了一些比较好的片段呢。

中心公园在永新县的中心区，面积达8.9万平方米，座落在建设东路与湘赣大道的齐界处，位于永新县城的北面。
南面的大广场上很宽阔，有的人晚上时跟着音乐跳起舞来，有的人穿好溜冰鞋在广场上高高兴兴溜冰，还有的人在广场上跑着放风筝。
中间有一个宽大的露天舞台，舞台中有一座银白色的雕像，每当一些节日时，有的人就会在舞台上表演节目，有一次我爸爸的同学也在这开了一次演唱会呢！这些人的表演经常引来人们的啧啧赞叹声。
中心公园中心有一个弯弯的水渠，沿水渠走了走，就到了文化长廊，这里展览着很多人写的字与画的画，比如有一张是这样写的：祝大家马年吉祥！……过了一会儿，我离开走廊来到了摄影展。到了摄影展，我首先看见了一方白色的网上镶嵌着“永新县摄影艺术展”八个红色的大字，里面有许多相片。
北面有一个将军雕塑广场，进雕塑群中，先映入眼帘的是一块黑色的大理石上写着“大力经营永新”，我看了看右下角，知道了这句话是毛某某毛某某写的。大理石上方，是我们中国艳红的军旗。大理石周围有4个中将的雕像，围绕雕像有一面有37个少将的墙，墙下有37个少将的介绍。
这就是我们的中心公园。
