五年级作文我的半学期总结【一】
勿庸置疑，树立目标对人有极大的推动作用。我们班级的目标是：学生人人学会做人，班级学风浓厚，纪律性强，成为一个团结、守纪、求实、进取的班集体。
1、 树立团结、勤奋，拼搏、超越的班级风气，以整体环境来影响每一个班级成员。
2、 对于个别调皮同学，使用温和的态度个别处理。如通过诚恳的谈话、特别的关心等形式交流。在处理班级事务时，尤其是奖惩方面，对好学生和后进生使用一个标准。好学生不受到偏爱，对后进生不有偏见，一碗水端平。对好学生和后进生的错误和缺点一视同仁，关心每一个学生，帮助每一个学生。并在班内开展学生互帮互助活动，树立好的班风。
3、 对于班级成员的共同毛病作统一的强行要求。强迫更改不良习惯，甚至采取必要惩罚措施。如吃零食、不交作业等不良习惯即采用这种方法。
4、信任、支持班干部的工作，发挥团员的先锋模范作用。发动大家参与班级管理的各项活动，让学生人人都有自己的发言权，都有展现自己才能的机会。在班内培养学生团结协作的精神。
5、与任课教师进行及时有效的协调，全面掌握班级情况，及时处理。使班级时刻处于协调稳定的发展中。坚持对学生进行赏识和鼓励教育。
6、 班主任本人以身作则，带头遵守班级纪律，一学期里我也坚持及时到岗，做到学生进班,教师进班。细心体察学生思想动态，观察班内变化，耐心细致地做好学生青春期引导工作。并以积极饱满的热情来感化每一个同学，用鼓励和微笑来使同学自信、热爱生活、热爱班级，拉近心理距离，和学生成为交心的朋友。

到了操场，不知道有多热闹，大家吵吵闹闹，都商量着暑假要去干嘛！有的'说去做客、有的说去游泳……，六年级讨论着自己毕业后去哪里上初中，薛明老师主持，叫了声安静！大家马上安静了下来，接着举行颁奖仪式：一年级某某人上来领奖、二年级某某人上来领奖！……五年级明日之星郭玉露、施乐怡，优秀队员陈琳，希望之星陈雨婷，希望之星郭瑶欣，耶！太好了念到我名字了！我兴冲冲的跑上前领奖，只可惜还是一张希望之星，我好希望是优秀队员，哎~等着吧！，下年努力！优秀队员陈佳！看着大家领走一张张优秀队员，我都羡慕了！那些女生（除了我和丽铭还有陈佳）都参加过竞赛，得了奖状！我好羡慕，可是我只能祝福她们，但是我只要努力就有可能，世上无难事，只怕有心人嘛！我们都领完了奖状高高举起奖状！一阵阵掌声在我们的耳边回响，接着六年级某某同学上来领奖……
我们班只有女生获奖，男生个个没有，所以男生可得加油了！我们陆陆续续地回到班上，数学老师开始布置作业：没达到要求的，数练！第3页第一大题，第5页第三大题，第8页第二大题，第15页第一大题，第21页第二大题……我和乐怡、嘉乐都因陈斯豪而有作业，我都哭出来了！数学老师布置完作业就走了，我们心中愤愤不平。紧接着语文老师又来了，还好我达到分数了，老师没布置作业，下课了。我们要离开这个班级了！老师让男生扫地，女生走人！我们女生兴高采烈地走了，男生在那里磨蹭磨蹭的扫地。
这半天真难忘！

为了让他们以后都能成为有知识、有文化的人，我采用各种方法来督促他们在学习上下功夫。具体办法包括充分利用班会、早上、中午到校等的“边沿”时间充分利用起来，对做的好的、有进步的学生进行表扬奖励，做的不好的学生放学后留下来继续做，督促学习不努力的同学。多走多看防止走神的，严肃批评不交作业，上课违反纪律的等。
经过长时间的努力，我们班在第二学期几乎每天学生到校都能把时间充分利用起来，改掉了进教室大声喧哗，无理取闹，疯疯打打的现象，而是进教室要么做作业，要么背书，学习等。当同学们因自己好的`表现被表扬时，他们的脸上都露出了自信、自豪的笑容。作为班主任的我也很高兴，辛勤的付出总会有好的回报。
