翠华山，原名太乙山，是因为太乙真人在此山修行得道而命名的，后改为翠华山是因为翠华姑娘避难于此，并升空成仙而更改的。
说到翠华姑娘不得不提到一段有关于她的流传久远的动人故事。相传很久以前，咸阳的泾阳县有个名叫翠华的姑娘，其人不仅美丽出众，而且心灵手巧。与本村一位名叫潘郎的男子两情相悦，并私定了终身大事。由于翠华的父母早亡，她的婚事就由兄嫂做主，兄嫂为图钱财将她许配给咸阳城里一位姓王的财主为妾，逼其成婚。眼看婚期将至，翠华思恋潘郎，日夜纺线。一天夜里，翠华来到潘郎家门前，正欲敲门突闻有野犬狂吠，吓得翠华赶紧躲开。
犬吠过后，翠华把纺线系于潘郎门前的大树上，然后为逃婚连夜直奔太乙山，藏于山间湖畔的石洞中，盼望着潘郎能顺着纺线找到她，与其私奔。妹妹跑了，兄嫂难以向王财主交代，便四处打听妹妹的下落，当得知翠华藏于太乙山时，忙上山寻找，果然见其坐在石洞旁，他们上前扯住翠华，让她与王财主成亲，翠华不愿意，在彼此拉扯之时，只听霹雳一声巨响，地动山摇、山景骤变，只见天仙出现并古乐齐鸣。在众仙女的.陪伴下，翠华姑娘成风冉冉升空，成为天宫的仙女。为纪念这位敢于反抗封建礼教的姑娘，后人将太乙山更名为翠华山，并修建翠华姑娘庙供人瞻仰膜拜。
登临瞻仰后，站立于庙前，观看着山上的胜景，回想着动人的故事，使我的思绪不由得想到了“牛郎织女”、“孟姜女”、“白蛇传”和“梁山伯与祝英台”，这中国古典四大爱情传说，它们都有一个共性，那就是：情节生动感人，结局褒贬不一，但都是对封建礼教的抨击。包括翠华姑娘故事在内的所有爱情传说，都可以使我们能明显地感受到传统观念对爱情或婚姻约定俗成的一种束缚的理念。
这种理念就是在婚姻中要讲究的“门当户对”。就以“牛郎织女”的故事作一例证，试想：如果织女要嫁给的人不是牛郎，而是供职于天庭的文官或者武将，那么王母娘娘还会这样横加阻拦、棒打鸳鸯吗？我想：可能不仅不会，而且还会为其加官进爵。可是，身为天宫仙女的织女偏偏看上的却是凡夫俗子、世代为农的牛郎，王母娘娘能不生气吗？当召织女回天宫时，她对牛郎还恋恋不舍，充满了“依依惜别的深情”，王母娘娘能不大为光火吗？
古典爱情传说，虽然悲剧的成分较多，但仍能广为传颂，是因为它们的内涵与思想是几千年来，人们对待爱情与婚姻的综合：理想中的爱情能使人津津乐道，现实中的婚姻又可使人欣然接受。但是，人们几乎都认为，只有“门当户对”两人才能幸福长久，这就是“门第观念”在发挥着重要的作用。我个人并不否认这样的观念存在一定的道理，但并不是完全正确。
因为能存在于世间的事物，都有其存在的合理性，所以必须要相对地、理性地去看待和对待。爱情与婚姻更是如此，如果只是一味的讲求于“门当户对”，而忽略了两人之间的感情，那样会令彼此都很痛苦难受；反之，如果只过于看重感情，而忽视其他对婚姻产生影响的客观因素，那样两个人同样不会幸福、快乐。毕竟，爱情是理想的，婚姻是现实的它不是两个人的简单结合，而是两个人生活习性、家庭环境、社会背景、文化层次等等诸多方面的有机而统一地结合。
由翠华姑娘及古典爱情传说，偶感而发如上所述。我在心里只愿有情人终成属，这是一种企盼，但更多的是渴望人世间有更加温馨浪漫又充满喜剧色彩的爱情与婚姻！
观看完美景，回想完传说，感受完人生，天色也晚了，我该下山了。
