Im very happy to visit Beijing again. To my surprise, great changes have taken place here recently.

There are more new buildings, modern shops and large markets in it. People in Beijing are happy. Everyone has a smile on the face.

不知从什么时候起，我们都成了一群怨师?
阅读了《凭什么让学生服你》之后，我才发现：不知从何时起，我们不再反思，而是机械式教学让我们希望我们收到的学生是一个模子制造出来的。我的内心进入纠结并不断的质疑自己。你现在的专业知识是停滞不前或是与时俱进?每天进入教室前是不是充满了职业倦怠感还是对你的充满了期待和憧憬?你对学生是不是充满了情感还是把学生当作流水线上的加工的`零部件?很显然，有付出才有收获，如果我的回答都是消极的，那么我的学生也只能以消极的表现来回馈我。
在我们这个群体当中，不乏许多受学生欢迎的教师，也许是他们的睿智和学识，也许是他们的年轻与朝气，也许只是他们的耐心和鼓励，让学生对其神往。亲其师信其道在这种情况下，学生们自然是可爱的，教学效果自然是斐然的。
那么作为一名普通教师，我必须要寻找属于自己的信服力。纵观自己，毕业二十余年，虽然有陆续不断的培训，但是专业知识显然弱化，但是在初中的教学非常熟悉，对于知识点的传授有相当的经验;步入中年，上课不再激情，节奏渐趋平缓，那么可以让学生沐浴在春风化雨般的教学氛围中;岁月荡涤，看待事物愈发全面，那么每个学生都可以在我眼里呈现出天使的一面。我竟然有那么多的优点来让学生服你。
仅仅发现自身的有点还不足以让学生信服于你，关键是要自如的驾驭这些优点。具体应该从以下方面开展：
首先要着眼于课堂教学;重点应放在学情的研究上。对于学生的层次性了如指掌，这样借助于强大的知识点传授能力，才有最大化教学效果。杜绝目前所有知识一锅端，以完成某个知识点的讲解为任务，却还在埋怨部分学生是多么的愚笨。只有让学生能听懂，学生才会觉得你有本事，才会喜欢你的课。
其次，要善于向学生表达出你对他的喜爱之情。虽然岁月磨砺，养成了我客观看待学生的特点，但是却不愿意用热情的语言或文字来传递，缄默与漠视拉开了学生和你的距离。孩子是很容易满足的，你的只字片语也许会让他终生难忘。因此，千万不要吝啬适时的表扬。让每一个孩子都成为你忠实的聆听者。
再次，要学会控制情绪。年逾四十的女教师，居然还在冲着学生生气，一个小小的过失，立刻拎起电话向家长告状，只能是向学生宣布：我没折了。孩子远远比你想象的聪明，一个成绩一团糟的孩子并不意味着他没有洞察力。保持风度，在学生面前笑意吟吟的教师怎能让学生讨厌。
当然，还要不断提醒自己，工作确实是你的谋生手段，同时必须是带给你快乐的。那么，每一名学生在我们眼中都是天使。如何让天使们更有效率的学习，那才是我们该考虑的吧。
