上午，天气闷热，大家都在屋里不敢出门。临近中午的`时候，天突然阴了下来，像一口倒扣的黑锅，闷的让人透不过气来。接着就下了一场大雨。现在，地面还是湿漉漉的，太阳公公就满脸笑容地出来了。
受到雨水滋润的花草树林显得特别精神，全都露出了笑脸。雨后的空气更是新鲜，像滤过了一样，没有半点污染。你深深吸一口气，会感到特别舒服。地面上流淌着一条条由雨水汇水的小溪，小溪水跳着，笑着，欢快地流上远方。这小溪变成了孩子们的“欢乐世界”，成了雨后最热闹的地方。瞧！几个顽皮的小孩光着脚丫，挽着裤脚，正在踩水玩。虽然身上、脸上溅满了泥水，但他们全然不顾，玩得真高兴啊！最热闹的要算那些打水仗的孩子。他们发成两队，各自拿着水枪，在“司令官”的带领下，正在进行一场激战。“冲啊！冲啊！”热烈的喊声在空中回荡，一条条水柱在阳光下飞舞……闹声、笑声，给雨后的街道增添了无限生气。
我住的小区里，水长了十多厘米，有许多小孩在踩水。我家里的阳台上，全都是水，我和爸爸在那又扫地又拖地，忙得团团转。最后这水终于被我们“治”服了。

自然界中，雨是一抹奇幻又美丽的景色。有倾盆而下的大雨，又有令人惊恐的雷阵雨，还有淅淅沥沥的小雨。我就是这其中最小的一员―――小雨。
今天，我和其他两位雨姐姐坐在云端看下面的世界。因为太阳爷爷太过热情，把下面世界都烤得无精打采。
原本挺拔的大树，现在都弯着腰，耷拉着头。而刚才还一直在树上跳来跳去、活泼可爱的小松鼠现在早就躲进了树洞。花儿们因为炎热和缺水，没有了往日的那种美丽，连知了的喊叫声也透露出干渴……
我看到这情景，我赶紧叫云妹妹把太阳爷爷遮住，接着，我就开始工作了。我将密密的雨丝洒向大地，像雾、像纱、像絮。放眼望去，整个大地陡然苏醒，焕然一新。大树贪婪地吸着雨露;爱美的花儿喝足了水，有了原来的光彩，它们开始在雨中欢笑着，翩翩起舞;小松鼠躲在树枝下，伸出小手，接着雨滴，一副兴奋的样子。
我见它们都有了精神，便开始走向树林深处。那里是多么安静，只有我打落在树叶上的声音，我第一次发现我发出的声音竟然那么的美妙，沙沙沙，由近及远，忽轻忽重，好像一首首优美的曲子……
天色不早了，天空妈妈叫我回家。这时，我看见天空的那边出现了一条彩虹，它凝结了我的汗水，留给了天空一道绚烂。
我给世界带来了快乐，也带来了清新的空气!

夏天的天气变化多端，刚开始是烈日炎炎，不一会儿就乌云密布，雷电交加，这时天空就变暗了下来，这时候就有人们欢呼着下雨了下雨了！人们急忙把自己带的东西装好，准备回家躲雨，而卖东西的人就把自己的东西收拾好，躲到帐篷底下，防止自己的东西被雨淋湿，过了一会儿，雨象倒豆子一样落了下来，每一粒都象透明的珍珠一样，落在了树叶上，树叶上落满了水珠，下雨的时候，蚂蚁急忙带着自己的行李向高处搬家，下雨之后，树木露出了笑脸，好像说谢谢你雨水，车就象轮船一样，在潮湿的马路上奔驰，小狗摇着尾巴，好像在说好凉快呀好凉快呀，知了也不叫了，荷花上面沾满了水珠，滚来滚去，象小珍珠一样在荷叶上面，鱼浮出水面游泳，人们急忙回家，把自己的衣服收拾好，地面上象开了一朵朵花一样，我开心极了，因为下过雨后，天气很凉快。

I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.
My mum is not very beautiful, but I admire and love her.
