在这个清凉的早晨,大约五点半,我和姐姐去迎宾路跑步。从翠阳小区篮球场开始长跑。一大早,篮球场就有许多学生在热火朝天地打篮球;老人们在轻松自如地活动着;小孩子们在兴奋地玩着体育健身器具。宽广的马路上,车辆寥寥无几,马路显得空荡荡的。路上凉风习习,风儿悄悄地跑进上衣里给我挠痒,舒服极了!

顺着马路边。一路上,清洁工们正勤劳地打扫着地面上的垃圾。我由于是第一次早间长跑,也不知道怎么跑步,双脚重重落地,“啪嗒啪嗒”的。“跑步的时候双脚轻点落地啊!”姐姐嚷道。于是我就把双脚轻轻地落地。跑了好长一断路了,我精疲力竭,想停下来休息一会儿。可姐姐有大声嚷道:“不要停下来,这样跑步就不管用了!”我只好继续跑。偶尔间,一两只小麻雀从空中掠过,像是向我们问好或是为我们加油。跑到火车站,我们有返回,这时,马路上的车辆也逐渐增多。路边树木浓郁苍翠,望上去舒畅极了!我气喘吁吁地跑着,实在跑不动了,想停下来,但一想到“坚持到底就是胜利”这句话有坚持地跑着,最后总算跑了下来。我筋疲力尽地往家走,因为长跑,腿疼极了!到了篮球场,我在把杆上压了压腿,腿这才好多了。锻炼了一会儿,我们就高高兴兴地回家了!

I feel so amazing,because I think doing housework is very interesting,it makes youth more independent ,it means that we are not relay on our parents any more.And it also help us to get on well with our parents,we'll have more topics with them.Then we'll find communicate with our parents isn't hard.

After dinner, my first job was to get the dirty dishes to the kitchen. Then I began to wash them. I turned on the tap and water covered all the dishes in the sink. Then I added some detergent to the water. Maybe I put too much, so it was full of bubbles in the sink. It was just like a bubble bath for dishes and bowls. I caught a bowl to wash. It was slippery. "Pang!" The bowl slipped from my fingers. It dropped into the sink and broke another bowl and a dish. It was terrible! There was only one dish left.In the end, my mother cleared the pieces and helped me clean the dishes. I think I'll do a better job next time.

晚饭后,我的.第一份工作是把脏盘子拿到厨房去。然后我就开始洗碗。我打开水龙头,水覆盖了放在水槽里所有的盘子,然后我放了一些洗洁精到水里,也许我放太多了,水槽里充满了泡沫,就像是盘子和碗的泡沫浴。我拿住一个碗去洗。很滑。“砰”碗从我的手指滑落。它掉进水槽里把另一个碗和盘子打破了。这真是太可怕了。只剩下一个盘子了。最后,我妈妈清理残局并帮我洗盘子。我想下次我会做的更好的。

一个秋高气爽的早晨,我和妈妈一起去锻炼。

我们来到了锻炼的体育器材场,我们就开始锻炼了。我先锻炼了一个有点像自行车一样的体育器材,它是锻炼我的手臂的。我就按照了它的说明来做,先把手放在像自行车的车把上,然后,再用吃奶的力气往下一拉,又接着再往上一推,就这样连续做。妈妈锻炼的体育器材像一张床,人躺在它的上面。然后,用手抱住头,脚就勾住下面的'横杆,使劲使自己的头再抬起来,就这样反复的做。原来它做的是仰卧起坐呀。我们又锻炼了一会,那个时候我已经是气喘吁吁了。

今天,虽然我们锻炼的很累,但是我们健康了我们的身体,而且这样还可以预防感冒呢!
