我像今年的中考为什麽又加了10分，原因应该就是这吧！
曾说过：“体育于吾人实占第一之位置。体强壮而后学问道德之进修儿收效远。”“体育一道，配德育与智育，而德智皆寄于体，无体是无德智也。”
可见，参加体育锻炼对中学生来说是如此的重要，参加体育锻炼可以有效的增强学生体质；参加体育锻炼能促进青少年身体的正常发育；参加体育锻炼对青少年心系统有良好的影响；参加体育锻炼可以提高中学生适应外界环境的能力；参加体育锻炼还可以陶冶中学生的情操，培养良好的情感，促进心理健康。
现在我们青少年正处于生长发育阶段，只有在这期间为身体生长，发育，发展奠定良好的基础，才能为一生的健康与幸福创造有利的条件。

春天来了，桃树上开满了粉红粉红的桃花。柳树上展开了绿色的枝叶。一群活泼可爱的小燕子从北方飞回了南方，在小红家的屋子下盖了个小窝。
一天燕妈妈出去找食物，四只可爱的燕宝宝在小窝里玩耍，还叽叽喳喳地叫着，等待着燕妈妈的回来。突然，一只没有长满羽毛的燕宝宝站在小窝上，一不小心被一阵风吹掉了下来，燕宝宝使劲地飞，但还是飞不起来。小红看见了，便过去想把燕宝宝放到燕宝宝的小窝里，正在这时，一只凶猛地大花猫看见燕宝宝在这里，心里想：正好我的肚子饿了，眼前还有美餐，我可要饱吃一顿。大花猫准备想燕宝宝扑去，小红心里想：这只大花猫一定是想吃燕宝宝，看我怎么收拾这只大花猫。小红立即去找来棍子，找到棍子时，大花猫正向燕宝宝扑过去，小红立即挥动手中的'棍子向大花猫打去，还一边喊：“你这只可恶的大花猫，竟想吃燕宝宝，看我怎么收拾你。”大花猫立即跑了，大花猫一边跑一边想：眼前的美餐我怎么就这样放了它。于是大花猫就回到刚才的位置，看见这个小女孩不在这里，而且燕宝宝还在，便立即向燕宝宝扑过去，小红早已想到大花猫会回头，便出来阻止大花猫，小红就大声地叫了一声，大花猫吓得魂飞魄散，不敢再吃燕宝宝了。
小红对燕宝宝说：“燕宝宝别怕，我立即把你送回你的小窝里。”说完，小红就叫爸爸拿来梯子把燕宝宝放到它的小窝里，燕宝宝叽叽喳喳地叫着，好像在说：“谢谢你救了我。”
小红救了燕宝宝，此刻她的心里特别高兴。
