平常我喜欢在做完作业后或者空闲时间听听音乐，这样可以把一天的疲劳都消除掉，而晚上睡觉的时候也喜欢把音乐当做催眠曲，这样更容易入睡并且睡眠质量也很好，第二天上课就很有精神。在我学习累的时候或者心里很闷的时候我会单独出来散散心，这样一来所有的烦恼都被我留在了外面，我的心情就会好起来，做什么事也都很有信心了。
