His gift was noticed before he was 3 years old, which laid the foundation of his glorious life. On the other hand, proper use of talent helps people to realize their value in a positive way, thus making contribution to the society as a whole. For instance, Isaac Newton made a universally amazing discovery by digging into his gift and finding the Newton's law of gravitation.
In conclusion, let's search for our true gift and utilize it to the fullest to achieve a happy and valuable life.

1、从内容入手。传统的作文往往偏重写作形式，忽视写作内容的启发，导致学生写作内容贫乏。我们的漫画作文则是从指导学生的观察、构思入手，以漫画作为想象的依托，一此拓宽学生的思路。欣赏漫画时及时引导学生展开自己的联想，比如一辆私家车旅行时丢了一路的垃圾这一幅漫画，当学生说出了画面意思时让他想一想在你的生活中有没有见过类似的情景，你觉得如何？让学生言之有物，也让学生到原来漫画就是一种生活啊，原来漫画是如此真实啊！
2、自主思考。在传统的作文教学中，学生处于被动的地位：师讲，生听；师出题，生写；师修改，生看。为了解决这一弊端，我让学生处于主动地位。尽量让学生说，比如让学生自己思考如何才能帮助别人更好地看懂漫画，你来出出主意，尽量让学生自己来，发挥他们的主体性。学生讲得好的故事、句、段、篇，哪怕是一个词，及时予以表扬鼓励，培养学生独立的观察能力、想象能力、口述能力、写作能力，以及口头修改作文能力。
3、先说后写，循序渐进。课堂中花了大量时间让学生观察，然后说，内容丰富，面对一幅幅生动有趣的漫画作品，学生有极强的表达，大大丰富了学生的语言训练。特级教师张化万说过“口头作文若能持之以恒，会让学生达到出口成章的程度”。我在教学中把口头作文技能顺利地迁移到书面作文上去，收到了较好效果。
4、打开形式的枷锁，让笔尖自由挥洒。学生总苦于书写老师硬给的题目，苦于起笔老师框定的文体，总是绞尽脑汁，苦思冥想。漫画作文打开了形式的枷锁，学生的思路也开阔了，让学生看漫画写话，丰富，精彩。
5、面向全体，全面发展。
教师心中已给学生分为三个层次，制定目标时又分为个同层次，教师在操作过程当中分层递进教学，做到各方面心中有一定尺寸。操作过程当中，分层施教，也是本课时的特点之—。所谓分层施教，就是教学分合有效，动静结合，学生全体参与，各得其所。如先单幅漫画欣赏，引导中下生说，又引导把整幅画的内容说具体，发挥合理的想象。让中下生有话可说，让优生有机会施展自己的才华。分层施教过程当中，还注意分层评价，分层提高，分层指导，充分发挥学生的潜能，培养学生主动发展的品质。
6、。注意美的渗透，使漫画教学充分发挥教书育人的功能。
本课时除了完成作文指导外，还有一个育人方面的要求，就是让学生懂得保护环境从身边做起的道理，并能在行动中落实。我们的漫画就是围绕这一主题，在一幅幅漫画中主题被表现得简单明了，在学生口述作文过程当中也始终注重对学生环保意识的培养，使学生什么是美的，什么是丑的。
7、利用多媒体辅助教学，采直观教学法，激发学生的情趣。如开头的引题，两次观察画面，作文技法的指导，都制作了投影片，采用了电化教学，提高了教学效果。
