经过这次的比赛让我明白了，无论做任何事情都不能因为小小的成功而骄傲，不然到最后就会失败，并且我还要继续练习篮球，因为它让我感受到了体育的魅力是强大的，它让我锻炼身体，变得更加强壮，小朋友们和我一起增强体质打篮球吧！

这个暑假我有一项与众不同的任务，那就是体育锻炼，每一天早上晚上都会有一段痛苦的经历。但后来想想也不是很残酷。今天是第12次锻炼了，但出发时我还是有一点不开心，就向和父母赌气一样。
到了湖畔，我什么也不管就跑向那座山（其实跑步是逃不掉的），不知为什么，随着我状态越来越投入，我心中的不爽全都化为了我跑步的动力。跑到山下就开始爬山，一开始还十分惬意，后来妹妹开始冲刺，一想到我们之间的那个爬山比赛和老爸严厉的脸庞，我也只好跟在她后面，这就是另一个痛苦的开始。翻过了这座山，又要翻回来，最重要的是速度不能慢，心里抱怨着抱怨着就爬完了山，本以为这次锻炼就这样结束了，没想到爸爸又让我们沿着义乌江跑，跑啊跑跑啊跑，一慢下来就听到了爸爸的声音，真不知道他是咋样看到我们慢下来的。跑完步又在爸爸的监督下跳了40个蛙跳，那感觉就像原本比自己弱的对手把自己耗了一样，从轻松到困难到艰难，别提心里有多难受了，不幸中的万幸就是我们可以慢慢走路回家而不用跑回去。我们走得很慢，慢慢欣赏周围的风景，这些东西在平时都被我们忽略了，今天我们放慢了生活的脚步就慢慢发现了它们，它们十分美丽但平时我们为什么没注意到呢，我不禁开始思考，后来才发现我们之前注意的是结果是自己想要的，需要的，但努力的过程更吸引人，途中的风景才更重要，一心追求的东西，得到后可能已经“变质”了，从一件事情中发现其他的东西，一石二鸟，何乐而不为？而且你会对你所追求的东西有更深一步的理解体会，进而增大了你的成功率。
人生就像一次旅行，路途上的风景看上去不是那么重要，事实上风景里总有着不一样的经历，人生不应该是一个只有追求的路途，而应该是一个丰富的有趣的有运气可言的游戏。
体育锻炼过程虽然艰苦但结果十分美妙——我不仅长高了还没长胖。
