假期的第二天爸爸带我们去一个昨天刚开放的新公园，名字是（中牟湿地公园），我们开车路过郑东新区和中牟县城，然后又走了很远才到了公园的一个停车场，停好车到大门口才发现我们来的不公园的正门，而且公园还没有完全建好这个大门还没有安装门，顺着路往里走有的有一个环形桥只焊了钢架还没有安装桥面，有一条小河的和边还没有种上小草或小花，再往里走就到了一座山脚下，这座山分三层有楼梯和水泥路两种路可以走，山上种了很多小树，还有一些工人在树下种小草和给小树浇水，山顶上是一个很大的平台就像一个广场，站在山顶往山的另一边看像一幅画漂亮极了，有好多的花和一条大河等，河上有不同形状的木板桥还有一个桥边有好多孩子在玩水，我和弟弟也想玩爸爸妈妈同意了，我们一半路程走楼梯下、另一半路程直接从山上滑下来的，到了河边我们先把鞋子和袜子脱了才下水，我和小朋友们在水里踩来踩去玩的不亦乐乎，但是我们都很自觉不会往别人身上洒水，玩了很久都不愿离开，再往前走还有很多美丽又好玩的景色。
玩了一天太累了，坐在车上一会我和弟弟就睡着了。

通过一年的摸索，第三方教育基本形成了独到的管理特色：
名师执教，管理科学——樊老师和刘老师从教三十多年，小学高级教师，有丰富的教学，县内不少骨干老师出于她们门下。更可贵的是，即使有如此扎实的`教学功底，她们仍不放松新课程新理念的学习，仅今年就三次参加县里的教师培训。许老师，二十年教龄，数学、语文双本科学历，今年又取得国家二级心理咨询师证书。三位老师坚持记录学生成长档案，及时掌握孩子思想动向；倡导友情，让孩子学会分享；注重环境育人，以身正人，以德感人。
设施齐全，生活优越——一周餐餐不重样，荤素结合，保证孩子爱吃，吃饱吃好，每天中午熬梨茶、甘蔗茶、中药茶等防止孩子上火；午休一人一床，餐厅、寝室、教室、活动室配备齐全。
俗话说，创业难，守业更难。第三方教育树立了“着眼长远，身心健康，良性发展”的教育理念，但在这个理念的践行中却遇到了不少阻力。主要表现为孩子作业多，应试教育的压力大，几乎每天都在攀书山、涉学海。之初就倍尝学习之苦，如何能在漫长的求学路上发现学习之乐？
犹太民族是世界上最爱学习的民族，让我们了解一下他们的教育方法吧。犹太孩子一出生，家长就把书放在他们目力可及的每一个地方，书是孩子最亲密的伙伴；稍懂事时，大人就会翻开一本圣经，滴一点蜂蜜在上面，然后叫小孩子去舔。第一次上课，会让孩子穿上新衣，由教士或有学问的人带到教室，然后得到一块干净的石板，上面有用蜂蜜写成的字母和文句，孩子们一边诵读，一边舔掉石板上的蜂蜜，随后，老师会分给他们蜜糕、苹果和核桃。这使他们在学习一开始就尝到甜头，确信书本是甜蜜的，学习是甜蜜的。
同样的学习，我们的孩子觉得苦，总觉得学习是被逼无奈的事，而犹太人却感到乐，把学习作为一生最大的乐趣，这就是启蒙教育的异同造成的。因为学习内因产生的动力才是巨大无穷的，所以，我们再次呼吁：保护孩子的学习兴趣！
本学期遇到的第二个问题是：学生的依赖心理比较严重，急于完成作业，见题就问，老师详细讲解时，学生只听结果，不听过程，很不利于学习的提高。对此，我们要求学生：把写作业当作，坚持最后问，认真听老师详尽讲解。这一点，孩子刚开始很不高兴接受，但只有勤动脑，学习能力才能提高，相信家长能理解支持我们的作法。
第三个问题是：由于学生作业很多，完成后老师批改，学生再纠错，老师再把关，这几道程序走完后，基本就没什么时间给学生安排其他内容的辅导了。为了切实践行第三方的教育理念，切实改善学生的学习状况，期中之后，我们开始尝试在周日下午对高年级学生分阶段分批次进行个性化辅导。学生在游戏中学习，在竞赛中学习，并有充分的时间进行反应力、思考力的训练。两个月的实践效果很好，下学期开始正式实行这项活动。
第三方教育刚满一周岁，一些不足，我们发现了，会及时修正，还有许多不足，我们暂时还未发现，请家长们直言指出，这是对我们最大的帮助，我们表示衷心感谢。
