Firstly I want to continue with my study, I think study is a life process, so no matter what the situation I am in, I will look for chances to continue it. I have bought several new books ,including those books on my major and some novels ,I will try to finish reading them in the holiday and write notes.
Secondly, since it is the holiday, I will share it with my family and friends .You know the spring festival will soon come, I believe I would chatting and play games with my friends and family .I think I will enjoy the vacation.

教师在教学中，要借用表情、眼神、嗓音等非语言形式，让学生感受到信任和友爱。每个学生都有追求上进的愿望，但学生间总存在着个体差异，教师要主动了解他们的学习、兴趣、爱好等，有的放矢地进行教育，如在提问、练习中，可根据学生的能力差异分组在调查了解摸清底细的基础上分组由于每个学生在学习目的与动机、学习习惯与方法、智力水平与接受能力上存在着差异，如果任课教师在教学中墨守陈规，这就往往会适成许多学生“初一劲头十足”，“初二情绪低落”，“初三放弃不学”的局面。到了初三，英语教师面对众多英语水平参差不齐且对英语失去学习信心的学生，真是弃之不忍，教之无策。只好课上教好生，课下抓差生，加班加点，辛苦之极却事倍功半。既然学生的英语学习水平有明显的差异，那么只采用面对少数学习成绩好的学生的课堂教学模式显然是不符合面向全体学生的教学要求的。课堂教学是学生掌握教学内容的主渠道，如果把大多数中差学生排除在外，势必造成课上损失课下补的恶性循环。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，对学生回答学习过程中的`表现进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。
在目前教育改革与发展产生深刻剧变的关键时期，以英语新课程理念为指导，加强对初中生英语学习观念、行为的研究与剖析，着力改革和完善初中生的英语学习方式，努力构建符合新课程改革目标要求的有意义学习理论与实践体系，对优化学生英语学习和促进英语新课程改革取得实质性进展，都显得极为迫切和重要。而初中英语教学的关键在于让学生喜欢学习英语，激发他们的求知，从而促使他们主动地学习英语。作为教师，在今后的教学中，我们要运用各种教学手段和方法培养学生的学习兴趣、挖掘学习潜能，让学生在最优环境中学习英语，感悟英语，触摸英语，让他们在学中找到乐趣，在愉悦中学到知识，在学习中永远有动力。
