恩施的秋天并不那么明显，不过只要善于发现，就能发现秋天留下的脚印。深秋的树上，树叶中间开始微微泛黄，仿佛在树叶的绿外衣里放了一件漂亮的'黄毛衣。密密的树叶连在了一起，形成了叶的海洋，给整棵树增添了不少色彩；近看，才知道树上镶嵌了一块块的绿玉和黄金。
恩施秋天的清江河跟春天的大不一样。秋天的清江河如一条长长的绿翡翠，绿得发亮，在太阳照射下，这一条绿翡翠会流动，变得更亮。这只是从清江河边儿上来看，如果站在山上，俯视恩施城的话，就会觉得是一位美丽的女子在身上披了一条绿丝带。
秋雨滴在清江河上，把河水打扮得完美无瑕。它是最寻常的，像一条条透明的细丝洒落在大地上，使树叶绿得发亮，树叶儿红的得似火。它们密密地挤着，如果不透明的话，肯定像一幅墨线勾勒的水墨画。在雨中的树林里散步，让人感到十分清新。
秋天是一个瓜果飘香的季节，果树上不仅挂的是果实，还有果实成熟的笑容，它们仿佛在说：“快来吧！把我们卖给城里的人，他们又要大饱口福啦！”地里工作的农民虽然流下了汗，但是他们笑着，这些农产品绝对能卖一个好价钱，今年的冬天也不用愁了！
菜市场上的小贩多了，他们的摊上摆上了橘子、苹果、洋葱、木耳……还有各种各样的肉和鸡蛋……买菜的城里人也多了，他们与小贩们商量着，谈论着菜的价钱，整个菜场形成了一片人的海洋，好热闹。
恩施秋天的景色是美丽的，是如诗如画的，在秋天的恩施生活是一件多么惬意的事啊！
