自己做的还远远不够，自进公司以来一直要求自己踏实、勤奋、认真完成本职工作，并且从没有因为时间的原因放松对自己的要求，虽然没有做出过什么大的成绩，却也是在自己的工作岗位上贡献着自己的一份力量。一直认为自己做的已经够好，对得起公司也对得起自己的良心。但同李明博相比我为自己的行为感到惭愧，在工作中我到做的还远远不够，没有把全部精力投入到工作之中，为自己设定的目标过低，工作中应精益求精，应站到领导的`角度去考虑问题，查找问题，解决问题。

李明博今天的成功看来是多么的轻松，背后却隐含着巨大的付出。李明博的成功，归功于他的努力拼搏，努力了才会有机会，不努力，一定不会成功。收获离不开汗水，努力不会白费。在以后的工作中应更加努力，当再遇到困难时，我就会想到李明博，这样会让自己坚持的更久一些，也许问题的解决就仅差那么一点点。
作为公司的一名老员工，在今后的工作中一定克恪尽职守，做新员工的表率。珍惜自己拥有的工作，把公司当作自己的家，精心呵护，荣辱与共，不计较个人得失，尽自己最大的努力，为公司的健康成长奉献自己的力量。
