It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.
In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

??活就像是一条河生活叙事快要立夏了，布谷鸟的叫声，不绝于耳。天真的热起来了。
从清明到谷雨洗衣是最爽快的一件事。春季的四月和秋季的10月是一年四季里最舒服的季节。10月犹如一杯清酒，甘冽，爽口。而四月却是一杯二锅头，浓烈，上头。但他们都让你舒服的过隐。
不用说这个月份水是最好的了，一天一个太阳，一天一个水温，三阳开泰，岸柳青青，草长莺飞，沿河两岸被水滋润的舒坦。无论你是走到哪儿都能让你一屁股做下去，打一个滚都是可以的。一个地方，一条河，他就变成了村庄，河上横加一座桥它就变成了集镇。喝的哪里的水，流的就是哪里的，哪里就是故乡。我就是黄洋河 的脉。
四月的河滩上，日日响晴的话，就没有一天不是热闹的，花花绿绿的衣服，被褥，床单，横七竖八，而又有序的排列在草坝子上。女人们整整齐齐的一排，洗衣石支得稳稳当当的。母亲每一次选中那块石头都要“翻新"才坐起来，舒服而又利于使劲，那股认真劲不亚于上战场的士兵检查它的武器。这或许就是家庭妇女展现自己的一个平台。母亲曾说过：洗衣做饭就是女人终身的职业。有的女人做出了味道，有的女人人却做出了绝望。
一河两岸的女人们叽叽喳喳的诉家常，河道浅而宽，那嬉笑，怒骂，愤恨，得意，河都一股脑的承载去，棒捶砸的咚咚响，力量大而有节奏，话说到愤恨处，不免在加把劲。小孩三五成群的在河坝上玩，得注意了草坝上晒满了东西。那床单被罩都是刚出水就被两个人一起使劲拧干，抖展开来，平铺在草坝上，那五颜六色虽然旧些，可被洗的发亮，太阳地下氤氲这一股浓浓而清新的山丹丹牌洗衣粉的香味。傍晚十分更是有中学生们，谈情说爱的小青年来此一聚。我们就被父母乖乖的叫回家去。走在田坎上，我们成了蒲公英播种的使者，麦子渐渐的伸出了麦芒，手平搭在上面痒痒扎扎的。叫四娘的那个矮女人，总是在她的菜园子摆弄，不是除草，浇水就在上粪，黄瓜刚刚上刺儿，细嫩嫩的，那个时候最好吃，有一股清香的.黄瓜浆。茄子还是个雏，弯的像个大写字母c，辣子可是长得好，炒个青椒肉丝配上手擀凉面，醋汤，黄瓜丝，蒜泥，油泼辣子，一碗绿豆汤，立夏时节我和父亲蹲在门槛上有滋有味的吃起来。
立夏以后渐渐农忙，天气热起来了，洗衣服的人就少了，都是瞅着傍晚十分那点空缺，快战快决，没人拉家常了，家里是一大堆的活要做，天热的也没有以往的那股休闲劲和自在了。
孩子偷偷下河洗澡了。我们就在这条河的伴随下渐渐的成长了。
大点儿出去上中学，渐渐的疏远了它，它也似在愤恨。慢慢的由于经常涨水，河道两边的坝子被冲的坑坑洼洼，也不大好洗衣服。而自来水，洗衣机也渐生了与河的隔膜。两岸杂草丛生，学校也禁止孩子下河。不久退耕还林，两边又种了密密的速身杨，如今已经是遮天蔽日，有时大白天的一个人下河竟冷清的很。
虽是这样，但我从未曾离去，同是一条河，我现在竟住在了它的上游，人生中最好的10年光阴，还是没有离开它的滋养。这也许就是一个人的缘分和一个人的命运。生于斯，养于斯。这个命运像是打断骨头连着筋。无论梦想要怎样的飞翔，却始终没有走出它的视野以外，也许根本无法走出，这里有你年迈的父母，有你的兄弟姐妹，至亲至爱，有叮咛和太多的牵挂。弹指一挥间，青春将慢慢的逝去，逝者如斯夫。感悟没有什么能承受的了时间的无情而无动于衷。无情又似有情，生命是短暂的可生活却是无限的，就像这一条河不知它就这样弯弯曲曲的，永不停歇的要去哪里，可无论怎样他已经流到到了我的生命深处。
