芒果的芳香每每飘入我的鼻子，索绕在我周围时，我便想起了那最好的奖赏。此时，奶奶的爱就如芒果的芳香，索绕我心中，充盈着我的心房……
那年，我趁假余时间到奶奶家玩。在院里，我依偎在奶奶怀抱，指着树上那一个个尚未成熟的芒果叫到：“我要吃这个！”芒果翠绿色的外皮虽带点青色，但已牵引了我的馋嘴味觉。“不，还没熟”奶奶呵呵地笑了，“等你考个第一名回来，奶奶就把它奖励给你，好吗？”我拍着手大叫好，奶奶亲亲我的额头，脸上露出温馨的微笑……
回到城里，我把这事忘得一干二净，直到那个刺痛我心的电话声响起，“奶奶不行了！”电话那头，姑姑已经泣不成声了。我呆住了，一滴泪水从我脸上划过，那懊悔的泪把我的心划得很痛。我真的拿到第一了，可是，我并没有向奶奶报喜， 我竟把远方的奶奶给忘得一干二净了，我恨我自己！带着一脸泪水，我坐上了前往医院的汽车。
医院里的床单白得恐怖，到处飘散着浓浓的药味。奶奶静静地躺在病床上面，正当大家欣喜地望着终于醒过来的奶奶，医生却说这是回光反照，大家都沉默了。我强忍住泪水扑到奶奶身上，我惊讶地看到，奶奶长满老茧的手中握住一个长满黑点的芒果，她是那样用力地握着，浑浊的眼中充满了不舍。妈妈告诉我，是她把我得到第一名的消息告诉奶奶的，奶奶一直说要奖励我一个芒果，临上医院时还把这个芒果带来了，说要亲手奖给我。 我再也忍不住自己的感情，“奶奶，你会好起来的，你不要离开我！”我带着哭腔叫道，心里像被刀割了一样，泪水倾盆而下。
“奖励……奖励……芒果……”奶奶喃喃道，无神的眼睛透出一种只有我才能读懂的`慈爱，接着用尽全身的力气，颤颤抖抖地把芒果放到我手中，并紧紧握住我的手，“好……好……读书……”奶奶沙哑的声音只有我才能听到。我一个劲儿点头，泪水在眼中翻滚着。

慢慢翻开一本厚厚的本，一片梧桐叶映入我的眼帘，于是，回忆便如洪水涌上了我的心头，拼凑起记忆的碎片。
几年前，我还是一个小学生。因为我的体育成绩不错，于是老师便让我去参加区里的运动会。回到家，我高高兴兴地把这个消息告诉了母亲。母亲说我一定可以的，而我也已暗下决心，决不辜负母亲和老师们的期望。
于是，我每天放学后就留在操场上训练，为了拿到一个好成绩，我不断地训练，努力超越自我。几个星期过去了，我已经有了很大的进步。
比赛终于来了，由于在如此大的场面下，我紧张的情绪挥之不去，导致我不能更好的发挥，反而跑了一个倒数的成绩，我失望透顶。回到家，母亲好像已察觉出什么，说道：“我们去公园里散散步吧。”我点了点头。
来到公园里，姹紫嫣红的花朵，我的心情已有了些好转，与母亲在长椅上坐了下来。
“这儿的树，哪一种最普通？”母亲问我。我回答是梧桐。母亲又说：“那我们把梧桐叶都摘下吧。”我没说什么。母亲把她所能摘到的树叶都摘下，便与我回去了。
几天后，我又独自来到公园中散步，再次坐到了那长椅上，抬头看那棵已被母亲摘下许多叶子的梧桐，现在竟已重新萌出了新芽，长出了新的叶子，又是一番美好的风景。我心中感慨：连最普通的梧桐树，在失败后都可以再次萌发、生长，从头再来，我又何尝不行呢？
回去后，我每天都锻炼一会儿，直至下一次运动会，已经“无人能敌”了。在那一次的比赛中，我获得了第三名的好成绩。那天母亲摘的梧桐叶一直夹在我的书中。
时至今日，正值秋季，在成长的路上，母亲一直对我不离不弃，我的青春长满梧桐。
