作为教师要坚持记教学随笔，教学随笔是在一种在无意识的形态下回顾自己行走的历程，留下自己的心灵轨迹。正如一位哲人所言：“走别人的路，虽然省力，却很难留下自己的足迹，走自己开辟的路，却充满着奋斗的欢乐和笑声。”回顾2003年以来我用教学随笔记录课改的历程，记录和教师一起研究的过程，记录教学的'点点滴滴，如今当我翻阅自己近80万字的随笔，我享受到更多的还是幸福。
书写教学随笔就是在大海边捡拾一个一个美丽的贝壳，只要我们坚持去捡，一定会满载而归。从我书写教学随笔的心路历程中告诉我：坚持就是一种品质，在坚持中拉长自己的人生幸福，享受幸福的教育。在书写随笔中梳理自己思考的过程中，我越来越感受到教育教学的幸福所在。让我们在书写随笔中进行反思，在书写教学随笔中享受幸福的教育。
总之，作为教师，我们应该思考如何借助科研提升反思的效果，在反思中促进教师的专业成长，在学校科研中坚持书写随笔，享受幸福的教育。
