I'm writing to tell you about the discussion we've had on whether the school should organize a spring outing for the students.
Opinions on the question are pided as follows:70% of the students think that the school should organize the spring outing. They believe that the spring outing can make them enjoy the nature's beautiful scenery, which can broaden our vision and fill us with more knowledge. They also say that the air in the open fields is fresher. What's more, fresh air does a lot of good to our health.
On the other hand,30% don't like the idea of going out for a spring outing. In their opinions, time is very precious, so they have to grasp every minute to work hard at their lessons. Traveling costs a lot. In that case, it will add to their families' burden. Above all, no one can be sure of the safety of every student.

Will Tourism Bring Harm to the Environment?
Tourism has developed by leaps and bounds in the past decades in the whole world. Therefore, the issue of whether the tourism will bring harm to the environment is becoming a matter of concern. As for me, I hold that the tourism does more harm than good to the world.
In the first place, the more places we travel to , the more pressure will be added to the environment. Take Dunhuang as an example, the greatest scourge these days comes from the tourists who swarm here by the busload , bring destructive amounts of carbon dioxide and moisture into the caves along with their eagerness for a glimpse of ages past .
Secondly, It has become fashionable for travelers to drive a private car to the place they want to . In this case ,a large number of cars are mushroomed in the road and it cause twice as much as air pollution .At this speed ,we may live in a world which is full of dirty air instead of fresh air.
In sum , although tourism is playing an indispensable role in the society , I still believe that we`d better try to limit its speed according to the harm that brings to the environment.

亲爱的同学们：
高三，无疑是一场考验，对每个人都是如此。交织着痛苦与欢乐，融汇了激情与怅惘。情愫与理智缠绕，不安与坚定抗争。
高三需要快节奏，高三需要坚强的信心，高三需要严谨的态度，高三需要坚实的基础，高三需要更大的付出，高三需要更强的心理承受能力，高三需要更高的效率。假期对每个人来说既是一个机遇也是一个挑战。利用好了会巩固成果，实现弯道超车，利用不好会动摇既得成果，为下一步的学习带来被动。没有了老师在身边的督促检查，没有了班集体在一起共同营造的氛围，所以从某种程度上假期成了更加残酷的看不见硝烟的战场，而角逐的结果，将取决于个人的毅力和家庭的配合。所以，这个假期将成为我们迈向高考的第一个分水岭，假期的利用程度很大程度上决定了我们高三年级的学习状态，为了让同学们过一个安全，充实，有意义的假期，为20xx年高考做好准备，为自己的人生描绘绚烂的一笔，年级做出如下要求：
1、避免放假开始先放松几天，一松懈将很难紧张起来，你的整个假期将在轻松、懈怠中度过。
2、整体谋划假期。假期的学习应该包括二部分：一是完成假期作业；二是总结反思，查漏补缺。尤其是对自己的弱势科目，这是一个绝好的机会；
3、对假期作业要有计划，不要突击，可以先看书后做作业，将年级安排的作业计划安排表贴在醒目的位置。
4、按学校的作息时间去学习，在时间安排上应注意文、理搭配，因为这是最高效的。
5、充分利用早晨的大好时光，不赖床，朗读，记忆文科知识。每天要完成一定量的背诵。如语文学科所要求的必背篇目、名人；英语学科所要求的单词、范文等。
6、珍惜晚上的时间，归纳，反思，总结好当天的知识。
7、作业要独立做，做习题时应做到：“会题不错（准确），怪题不做（扣准考纲），小题大做（深入思考，善于自问），大题小做（分解问题）”。做完一套题后再对答案。
8、远离陋习，不吸烟，不喝酒，不赌博；远离网吧，绿色上网，不进营业性舞厅，录像厅，游戏厅；崇尚科学，不参加迷信活动；注意安全，珍爱生命，不参加危险性活动。
9、坚持每天锻炼身体1小时。
10、和一位在读“双一流”或重点大学的学哥学姐交流高三。
11、查一下自己的理想大学近几年的录取分数，看自己的差距，找自己的增长点。
12、和家长敞开心扉，谈谈自己的优势和问题。
13、认真仔细地阅读课本（包括注解）回归课本，尝试自己总结梳理各章节知识点，提高分析概括能力。若能以结构图或网络的形式表达出来，贴在墙上，随时提醒自己则效果更好。
14、杜绝男女生非正常接触；女生不烫发染发，男生不留长发，保持良好的学生形象。
15、今天下午第四节下课后，各班做好寝室和教室的清洁卫生，关好寝室的门窗，立即回家，不要在中途逗留或者到同学家去，注意乘车安全，不坐三无车辆和黑车、三轮车、摩托车。
