首先感谢您百忙之中抽出时间阅读完这封信。20xx年11月份国务院出台了《国务院办公厅关于农村义务教育学生营养改善计划的意见》，决定在集中连片特殊困难地区启动农村（不含县城）义务教育学生营养改善计划试点工作。我县属于试点县，按照省政府统一部署，从2012年春季开学起，对全县农村（不含县城）义务教育学生每人每天3元钱，每年按200天计算实施农村义务教育学生营养改善计划。营养改善计划的资金性质是营养补助，不是免费午餐，是根据各校的客观条件分别通过食堂供餐、企业（单位）供餐两种不同的供餐模式，在学生原有的营养基础上，补充更加营养的食品，提高学生的膳食水平。
我校学生营养餐（牛奶+面包或鸡蛋或火腿肠）自三月份实施以来，得到了各位家长朋长的大力支持与鼎力相助，同时我们也吸纳了许多真诚的建议，在此一并表示深深的感谢。时值隆冬，日均气温只有几度，随着寒流的来临，气温可能在零下摄氏度，这给学生饮用牛奶增加了困难，更多的是带来许多不安全因素，尤其是造成学生肠胃的不适，从而引发患病的可能。本着一切从学生的安全考虑，为此，学校决定改变冬季学生牛奶的饮用方式：将牛奶带回家饮用，这就需要得到家长朋友的科学指导和全程监督，为了您孩子的安全，敬请得到您的通力配合！
温馨提醒：
1、家长朋友务必做到当日营养餐当日饮用，如加热，不宜时间过长，不宜温度过高。
2、孩子饮用完，务必督促孩子次日早晨上学将牛奶盒带回学校。如遗失，家长须向学校出具文字说明。
3、孩子因病因事请假（一周内），营养餐由孩子返校后首日一次性带回。请假一周以上，须由班主任陪同，家长在储藏室签名一次性或分批将营养餐领回。
4、孩子因病因事期间领回的营养餐，家长务必在保质期内全程监督、科学指导孩子饮用。如在家中发生过期饮用、方法不当等造成的安全事故，家长自行承担责任。
5、回收的牛奶盒须由孩子自行签名，因病因事请假期间的牛奶盒无须回收。安全第一，健康是福。敬请各位家长务必在百忙之中加强对孩子的营养餐饮用监督力度，时时提醒孩子注意安全事项，一切以安全为重，确保孩子平平安安，快乐成长。
请家长阅读后在下面“回执”中签字，由孩子将签字的信件带回学校。顺祝各位家长：身体健康，工作顺利。

孩子成人成才是家庭和学校共同追求的目标，而孩子的安全则是各种目标得以实现的保障。我校贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，加强对学生安全工作的`领导与管理，做到家校合作，分工明确，以达到预防事故，保护青少年的目的。恳请家长协同学校，做好对贵子女的安全教育与管理，以履行自己应尽的责任与义务。 在孩子的教育过程中，很多工作的实施落实、很多问题的解决处理，需要我们双方达成共识，密切配合。为做好孩子的上学放学安全工作，特向您提出以下要求：
一、接、送孩子时尽量不要把车辆开到校门口，要在离学校20米外的宽阔地带下车步行到校。学生早晨到校一律不得早于7：30。
二、接孩子必须守时，在规定时间内（放学后20分钟）把孩子从学校接走。 上午：11：30 下午：16：30 （特别注意星期三、五 下午15：40 各季节有变动，具体见学校作息时间表）
三、教育孩子遵守交通规则，文明出行，确保不出事故。自行包车接送孩子的家长，确保不乘“三无”车辆，督促驾驶员不准超载超速，不准酒驾，文明行车，确保学生安全万无一失。
以上规定可能会给您带来一些不便，但为了学校教育的有序、规范，为了孩子的安全，敬请您理解、支持、配合！谢谢！
