从当前社会的一个热点事件、一种潮流切入正题，往往可使全篇富于鲜活的时代气息与很强的现实针对性。请看时评《行善者最宝贵的品质》一文的开头：
英国人托尼，在西安创办“黄河慈善厨房”，2005年以来帮助了不少流浪者。他的善行媒体曾多次报道，从西安的《华商报》到广州的`《南方都市报》，相关报道我都读过；最近在北京的《三联生活周刊》上又读到《托尼和黄河慈善厨房》。每次都很感动，这次忍不住要说说自己的感想。

1.“由头”可以是启人深思的客观事物、自然现象
客观事物、自然现象中常常隐含人生哲理，以此为“由头”，可以使文意更加直观而有味。比如时文《给痛苦一个流淌的出口》的开头：
在危地马拉，有一种叫落沙婆的小鸟，要叫七天七夜才下一只蛋。由于鸟类没有接生婆，所以难产的落沙婆只有彻夜不停地痛苦啼叫。可恰恰是因为这痛苦的七天，使蛋壳变得坚硬，小落沙婆孵出来之后也更硬实，这便是一个母亲经历七天痛苦所换来的一个孩子健康的明天，而那彻夜不停的哀啼，是落沙婆在用另外的方式释放着肉身的痛苦。 接着作者分析“与这种落沙婆的小鸟相比，现在的妈妈们要幸福得多了??然而这没有痛苦的分娩难免会留下一些遗憾”，并联想到“我认识一个中年男子”，“他是一名音乐老师”，这位老师在弱智的儿子“快乐成长着身体的日子里”，“也以快乐面对着这一切。有人说他曾号啕大哭过无数回，可他的笑脸总会与朝阳一起升起”，指出“他找到了让痛苦流淌的出口，他像一棵每天都要挨一刀，每天都要缝合伤口的橡胶树，用爱不停地释放着自己内心的痛苦”，最后引述古希腊诗人“我身上有无数个裂缝，到处在漏水”的，归结出“痛苦使躯体千疮百孔，却让灵魂得到了升华”的主旨。全文用辩证眼光分析事理、审视人生，启发我们在苦难的生活中一定要坚强地演绎属于自己的人生风景。

坚持就是朝着梦想的方向，一步一个脚印，始终保持信心，勇敢坚定地向前进步。
现在红遍大街小巷的`TFBOYS，在很小的时候就签了一家娱乐公司，但后来这家公司因为经营不顺，面临倒闭，在很多人都弃约而去的时候，他们坚持留了下来。然后他们经历了“暗无天日”的练习生时期，一路坚持，最后成功地实现了自己的梦想，红遍了大江南北。
现在有不少年轻人，也抱着一颗热沸腾的心，想要做出一番成绩。但他们不少人都没有我们常说的“长劲儿”，做事情总是三分钟热。今天对这个感兴趣，明天又觉得太难了就又换了一个“兴趣”。到最后，很多事情没有坚持做下来，原地踏步，一事无成，浪费了很多大好时光。追梦一定要在自己选择的道路上坚持前行，杨利伟之所以成为“中国太空第一人”不是因为他有多么过人的天赋，而是因为他能做到几十年如一日地艰苦训练，才实现了中国人的飞天梦。
在坚持前行的的过程中，首先要给自己确立一个远大的目标，然后再设立一个个小的目标，给自己制定一个属于自己的模式，步步为营，不受他人干扰，保持信心，走稳每一步，最后走上自己人生的高峰。
蜗牛也许没有雄鹰强劲有力的翅膀、兔子一般飞毛腿，但它有属于自己的那份不服输的坚韧的毅力。总有一天，蜗牛也会站在属于自己的巅峰上，一览众山小！

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to my parents for teaching me to be positive and to be strong. “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” is the opinion held by Aristotle. It is the experience of our forefathers, however, it is correct even today, including my parenting.
It is widely acknowledged that parenting, which can also be explained as family education, is of great significance in our character forming and manner acquiring.
