生活垃圾分类处理的可行性调查报告
我在小学的时候，已经提倡“垃圾要分类处理”的方案，还对我们小学生进行一些方面知识的讲座。转眼间，我已上了初中，在上学期期间，学校也组织了这样的讲座。老师叮嘱我们：“要对亲人进行这方面知识的传播。”
如果在进行环保的条件下，我认为生活垃圾能分类处理的可行性不高。原因是这样的，现在我们提倡减少对一次性物品的使用，有的自觉的人们一般都用垃圾桶来倒垃圾，如果要对垃圾分类处理的话，起码要分为三类，也就是说，需要三个垃圾桶。人们普遍会有一样的心态：有买三个垃圾桶的钱能买多少一次性方便袋呢？那没使用一次性物品的机会就越来越多。当然，使用方便袋就行比方便了许多，将分类的垃圾分别装在袋子里扔了就行了。试想，把垃圾直接装在一个袋子里，难以分解的只有一个袋子；可将垃圾分完了之后，难以分解的.就不止一个袋子了。不管是因为直接还是间接的原因，对环境都会造成污染，还不如不将垃圾分类。这是出于环保而分析的。有的人可不会像这样，他们只会觉得将垃圾分类很麻烦罢了。
我也在我的家人中做了调查，大部分人对生活垃圾即进行分类也不太认可，特殊的垃圾，例如利器啊，有时事情太突然，可能一时会忘了放哪个袋子，后来负责任的人肯定会将它转移到相应的袋子里。万一不小心割破了手怎么办？我向爸爸说明我要调查什么，开始提问爸爸，爸爸并没有说什么，但他叫我到街上去看看，说：“你一定会有收获的！”
爸爸真是太神了，我来大街上才发现了不久前换的可分类垃圾箱，有的人根被没有看上面的说明，随手就将垃圾扔到了箱中，难道他们都把垃圾分类背的滚瓜烂熟？？？我疑惑不已，我只隐隐约约看见他手里拿的是口香糖包装纸，径直走到前方，咦？他怎么扔进了其他垃圾的箱子里？我不禁对这个年轻人轻视起来，连小孩子都知道纸是可回收的。突然我觉得，政府为什么要花这种“冤枉钱’’来换这种他们不在乎的东西？！
回来的时候，爸爸看我有些不高兴的样子，说：“你现在明白了吗？在无言中，你就可以得到你想要的答案。”我若有所思的点点头。看来，这种可行性真是不大。回想一下，我觉得花再多的钱用来买垃圾桶都是值得的，况且，最便宜的垃圾桶也算不了多少钱，少吃一堆麦肯姆也就省下来了。把生活垃圾分类可以间接减少环境污染。虽然可能性不大，但多了一个人的自觉就少了一份污染，我们要努力将污染减到最低！
无论是减少一次性物品的使用还是要学会对生活垃圾分类处理，都是人类已经醒悟。地球是我们的家，我们要好好保护她，她受到了“迫害”，元凶就是我们，到最后，我们都要受到严惩。请大家记住：地球是我们的家，也是我们唯一的家！

垃圾分类，从我做起
知道我们县城每天产生的生活垃圾量是多少吗？对此，我走访了环卫所，经了解，我们县城每天产生的垃圾量是85吨，一年就是31025吨。不说不知道，说出来吓一跳了吧！看来环卫工人太辛苦了，每天要处理那么多的垃圾，真是一件不容易的事情。
生活垃圾可以分成两类：一类是不可回收垃圾，包括果皮、剩饭、菜皮等。另一类是可回收垃圾，包括废纸、塑料、橡胶、玻璃、金属等。采用垃圾分类的好处是通过中和处理，回收再利用，可以减少污染，节约资源。目前我县对生活垃圾的处理办法是先收集，再中转，然后运到尖山填埋场进行卫生填埋。而且我县已投资四千多万在金溪上坑建造新的填埋场。其实，最好的办法是推行生活垃圾分类处理。这不仅仅是环卫部门的工作，也是我们每一个市民的责任。要解决这一问题必须从基础做起，
因此，我建议：
一、大量宣传，提高人们的素质，加强环保意识。
二、实行垃圾分类袋装后，定时定点投放。
三、买菜尽量不用塑料袋，用篮子。外出吃饭少用一次性
四、进行废物回收再利用。我们应该感谢那些拾荒者，虽然他们的形象有损市容，但是他们对垃圾的分类起到很大的作用。
播种绿色，就是播种希望。相信不久的将来，我们的家园一定会更加美丽。

1。 叙述的人称
英语的记叙文一般是以第一或第三人称的角度来叙述的。用第一称表示的是由叙述者亲眼所见、亲耳所闻的经历。它的优点在于能把故事的情节通过“我”来传达给读者，使人到真实可信，如身临其境。如：
The other day， I was driving along the street。 Suddenly， a car lost its control and ran directly towards me fast。 I was so frightened that I quickly turned to the left side。 But it was too late。 The car hit my bike and I fell off it。
用第三人称叙述，优点在于叙述者不受“我”活动范围以内的人和事物的限制，而是通过作者与读者之外的第三者，直接把故事中的情节展现在读者面前，文章的客观性很强。如：
Little Tom was going to school with an umbrella， for it was raining hard。 On the way， he saw an old woman walking in the rain with nothing to cover。 Tom went up to the old woman and wanted to share the umbrella with her， but he was too short。 What could he do? Then he had a good idea。
2。 动词的时态
在记叙文中，记和叙都离不开动词。所以动词出现率最高，且富于变化。记叙文中用得最多的是动词的过去的'，这是英语记叙文区别于汉语记叙文的关键之处。英语写作的优美之处就在于这些动词时态的变化，正是这一点才使得所记、所叙有鲜活的动态感、鲜明的层次感和立体感。
3。 叙述的顺序
记叙一件事要有一定的顺序。无论是顺叙、倒叙、插叙还是补叙，都要让读者能弄清事情的来龙去脉。顺叙最容易操作，较容易给读者提供有关事情的空间和时间线索。但这种方法也容易使文章显得平铺直叙，读起来平淡乏味。倒叙、插叙、补叙等叙述方法能有效地提高文章的结构效果，让所叙之事跌宕起伏，使读者在阅读时思维产生较大的跳跃，从而为文章所吸引，深入其中。但这些方法如果使用不当，则容易弄巧成拙，使文章结构散乱，头绪不清，让读者不知所云。
4。 叙述的过渡
过渡在上下文中起着承上启下、融会贯通的作用。过渡往往用在地点转移或时间、事件转换以及由概括说明到具体叙述时。如：
In my summer holidays， I did a lot of things。 Apart form doing my homework， reading an English novel， watching TV and doing some housework， I went on a trip to Qingdao。 It is really a beautiful city。 There are many places of interest to see。 But what impressed me most was the sunrise。
The next morning I got up early。 I was very happy because it was a fine day。 By the time I got to the beach， the clouds on the horizon were turning red。 In a little while， a small part of the sun was gradually appearing。 The sun was very red， not shining。 It rose slowly。 At last it broke through the red clouds and jumped above the sea， just like a deep-red ball。 At the same time the clouds and the sea water became red and bright。
What a moving and unforgettable scene!
5。 叙述与对话
引用故事情节中主要人物的对话是记叙文提高表现力的一种好方法。适当地用直接引语代替间接的主观叙述，可以客观生动地反映人物的性格、品质和心理状态，使记叙生动、有趣，使文章内容更加充实、具体。试比较下面两段的叙述效果：
I was in the kitchen， and I was cooking something。 Suddenly I heard a loud noise from the front。 I thought maybe someone was knocking the door。 I asked who it was but I heard no reply。 After a while I saw my cat running across the parlor。 I realized it was the cat。 I felt released。
这本来应是一段故事性很强的文字，但经作者这么一写，就不那么吸引人了。原因是文中用的都是叙述模式，没有人物语言，把“悬念”给冲淡了。可作如下调整：

垃圾分类，人人有责
地球是人类美好的家园，在宇宙里是一个非常美的蓝星，可是在地球里却有很多臭水沟、黑色浓烟……这都是怎么一回事呢？其实大部分都是垃圾填埋法和垃圾焚烧法造成的，让我细细道出它们俩办法的特点吧！
垃圾填埋法：简单地说也就是把垃圾放进人类事先挖好的大坑里，在用泥土稍微盖上去。可这种办法根本没用，除了可以不在生活中看见垃圾。可是在垃圾上面的土壤是寸草不生，不能在房子，也就是说这里是一个弹丸之地。经过人类多年来的改进，将衬垫隔离了土壤与地下水，将臭气从排气管排到高空，下雨造成的污水不会外泄，可这里还是不能造房子，所以这个办法怎么说都是不好的。
垃圾焚烧法：这种办法可以快速将垃圾“消失”，缺点有费电、有遗留物、黑色费烟……可这个方法受到了大多数政府的一致肯定，因为填埋法又破地又破财而且没什么用。垃圾分类主要用于垃圾焚烧法，第一步将可回收垃圾排去，剩下别的垃圾；第二步是将有害垃圾与其他垃圾这些干垃圾用普通火烧掉；第三步将厨余垃圾用电烧去。这样可以有效减少费电情况。
虽然垃圾分类很重要，但是减少垃圾“生产”更重要，所以人人都要担当起这个责任。
