最后，我们穿过一座拱桥来到一座红色的瞭望亭前。它是木质结构，有两层。我们登上第二层，放眼远眺：仙湖水碧波荡漾，岸边垂柳迎风摆动，婀娜多姿，好像姑娘的秀发；远处百花争艳，白的梨花，粉的杏花，红的桃花，黄的'菜花，万紫千红，花团锦簇，真像一幅美妙绝伦的油画。茂密的树林里鸟儿正在唱着春天的赞歌。

因此，我建议：
一、 大量宣传，提高人们的素质，加强环保意识。
二、 实行垃圾分类袋装后，定时定点投放。
三、 买菜尽量不用塑料袋，用篮子。外出吃饭少用一次性
四、 进行废物回收再利用。我们应该感谢那些拾荒者，虽然他们的形象有损市容，但是他们对垃圾的分类起到很大的作用。
播种绿色，就是播种希望。相信不久的将来，我们的家园一定会更加美丽。
