首先我要去新华书店买书，我已经是那里的常客了。什么类型的书我都爱看，只要有趣味的书我就会废寝忘食。这个周末我决定去买高尔基自传体三部曲之一的《童年》，另外两本《在人间》和《我的大学》，等我看完之后再逐一将它们收归我的囊中，嘻嘻！
如果不去买书的话我就去市民广场溜旱冰。那地方宽阔平整，绿树成荫，空气清新，我可以在那样优美的环境里尽情的溜，而且那里教溜冰的'老师已经认识我这个热爱溜旱冰的小朋友了，他们经常会给我一些好的建议，对我学习花样溜冰很有帮助。我已经开始想像，我穿上溜冰鞋，戴上头盔、护膝、护肘、手套、臀垫、护腕，哗真是全身披甲上阵，先是来个单足蹬冰，双足向前滑行，完了再来个单足向前滑行，然后是双足向前弧线滑行、前交叉步滑行、向后双足滑行……哦！我已是迫不及待了，真想马上就开始我的“冰上之旅”啊！
再或者我去我朋友家玩，我们一起玩孔明锁。孔明锁，也叫八卦锁，相传由三国时期的孔明发明而得名。这种三维的拼插玩具，外观看是严丝合缝的十字立方体，动动脑筋可拆解，但想装上可不是那么容易的。可因为它有一定的难度，所以我们才喜欢玩。哦！孔明锁，此刻开始我想念你了！

我翻着我的手机相册，手在手机上不停的摩擦着，翻着翻着，忽然，有一张相片直入我的眼球。这张相片是这样一个画面：有一个小男孩，腿上沾着沙粒，在跑道上慢慢的走着。啊！我想起来了，是这样子的。
那是一年前的一个夏天，天上火辣辣的太阳炙烤在大地上，使大地变得格外滚烫，还有几阵热风吹过，使人觉得难受极了。我在操场上看着比赛。
忽然，枪声一响，是男子800米赛跑开始了，那些同学们犹如一只脱缰绳的骏马在跑道上不停的飞奔着，此时，跑到上划出了一道美丽的弧线，那个小男孩早已把其他对手抛的远远的。他一直领先着，他跑着跑着，忽然脚好像踩到了他的鞋带，他一下子跌落在地。此时，后面的对手全都超过了。
此时，观众们闹成一片，有人在说：“怎么搞得关键时刻掉链子”有人说：“哈哈，我们班的对手要赢过他了”。正当观众们闹成一片的时候，他缓缓地站了起来，轻轻地拍了拍腿上的灰，啊！膝盖上被摔掉了皮，那些沙粒紧紧的'沾在上面，他轻轻挪动着自己的腿，在跑道上走着，鲜已沾满了双退。裁判缓缓地拿起了话筒，重重的说：“你休息吧”！

妈妈说就我们两个人，炒一盘马铃薯就可以了。于是，在妈妈的指导下，我迅速刨了一个大的马铃薯，虽然刨的皮不是很干净，但妈妈说已经很好了，洗干净就行了。紧接着，我要将马铃薯切成细丝，“咣，咣，咣……”一口气切完了，天哪，这哪里丝，成了马铃薯条了，妈妈看着我的战果，笑了。“挺不错的，第一次能切成这样，很好啦！”正在这时，弟弟拉便便了，裤子也弄脏了，一点征兆都没有。我只好放下手中的活，去帮妈妈了。十几分钟后，等我再回到厨房，惊讶地发现黄色的马铃薯条已经变成了红色，过了一会，甚至变成了褐色，这让我大吃一惊。
我跑去问妈妈，“妈妈，马铃薯怎么变色了呀？”
妈妈看我一副好学的模样，语重心长地说：“因为马铃薯里含有淀粉，淀粉如果接触到空气就会氧化就会变色。而且当马铃薯削皮后，植物细胞中的酚类物质便在酚酶的作用下，与空气中的氧化合，产生大量的醌类物质。新生的醌类物质能使植物细胞迅速的`变成褐色，这种变化称为食物的酶促褐变。”
哦，原来是这么一回事啊！
妈妈又给我讲了好多关于马铃薯的知识，让我受益匪浅。我只知道，马铃薯就是我们常说的“土豆”，其实它还有很多亲昵的称呼：法国人称它为“地下苹果”；德国人称它为“地梨”；俄罗斯人称它为“第二面包”。在我国，马铃薯也有不少美称；东北人叫它“土豆”，西北人叫它“洋芋”，华北地区叫它“山药蛋”，江浙一带叫它“洋番芋”。原来生活中有这么多的科学，我立马来了兴趣，也不感觉饿了，就决定做一个实验，看看如何才能使土豆不变色。实验开始了，我先把一个土豆切成4份，一份用柠檬水泡着，一份用盐水泡着，有一份用糖水泡着，还有一份用冷水泡着，过20分钟，看看会发生什么变化。20分钟过去了，我一看，呀！在柠檬水、盐水、糖水、冷水里泡着的马铃薯都没有变色。看来，以后切开马铃薯都要放进水里泡着，不管什么水都可以，这样就可以避免马铃薯变色。
最后，妈妈趁着弟弟睡着后匆匆炒完菜，我们俩才算吃了顿午饭，吃完饭已经快两点了。
经过这一次体验生活，我明白了一个道理：生活中处处有科学，我们应该多观察、多发现、多研究，让我们和科学一起成长！
