前两天，妈妈从市场上买回来一只小乌龟，我高兴极了。
小乌龟的样子十分可爱。它的背上有一个坚硬的壳，壳被几条细细的纹路分割成一块块有规则的六角形，壳的颜色呈铝灰色，中间还夹杂一点绿色。它的肚皮是金黄色的，通过肚皮的颜色我猜测它应该出生时间不长。小乌龟长着一个三角形的脑袋和一条短短的尾巴，四只脚上长着尖尖的脚趾。小乌龟的脑袋上长着两只圆鼓鼓的眼睛，前端有两个孔状的东西突出来，你一定以为那是小乌龟的嘴巴吧，错了，那是小乌龟的鼻子，藏在下面的才是小乌龟的嘴巴呢。小乌龟有时把头伸得很长，好像很威武的样子，但一遇到危险，就会迅速把头缩到硬壳下面，还真用上那个词——“缩头乌龟”。
小乌龟的饮食十分有趣。每次我都喂一些虫子给它吃，它一看见虫子就会迅速游过来，张开大口，一下子把虫子吞了进去。但小乌龟也比较挑剔，它一般都是吃活的虫子，虫子是不屑一顾的。
小乌龟比较讲究卫生。每天我都要给它换一次清水。如果盆里有食物残渣或者它的排泄物，它就会爬在盆里一动不动，就是你给他食物它也不一定会吃。但如果你给它换上清水，它马上就像换了个人似的，在盆里爬来爬去，好不快活。
小乌龟，你可爱、调皮，你给我们全家带来了欢乐，我非常喜欢你！

桂花鸭是南京的著名小吃，这鸭皮白肉嫩、肥而不腻，又因最好吃的鸭在桂花盛开的季节制作，所以又有桂花鸭的美称。
中秋节时，我和妈妈来到南京，就是为了尝一尝这驰名中外的.桂花鸭。
制作桂花鸭一点也不难，先准备一只光鸭，里外用盐擦匀；将料酒和桂花糖放入碗内调匀，将碗放入砂锅中，锅中注入半锅清水，再搁一个“井”字竹架，将鸭子放在架子上，盖上盖。先用旺火蒸1小时，后用小火蒸30分钟左右，一直蒸到香气扑鼻为止。开锅，取出大碗，将碗内余汁浇于鸭面上即可。
等了好久，服务员才端来一盘白嫩嫩、油光光的桂花鸭。
桂花鸭的样子也不赖，肉切得大小适中，白花花的鸭皮盖在又肥又嫩的鸭肉上，在鸭骨头上还有小块的、又香又脆的鸭脆骨，看了就让我垂涎三尺！
桂花鸭不仅样子好看，味道也是一流哦！我迫不及待地拿起筷子，夹起一块肉就往嘴里送，吃一口，肉嫩多汁，咸淡适中，香而不膻。让那无与伦比的味道在嘴中回荡，真是回味无穷啊！每一块鸭肉都又酥又嫩，里面不但有桂花的清香，还有鸭子的鲜美，不愧有“桂花鸭”的美誉。
蘸上桂花卤的桂花鸭更是别有一番风味，那味道清香爽口，香鲜味美，真是鸭子中的极品啊！
