在小学英语教学中，教师的语言、教师的教育理念、备课设计都对学生的兴趣、动机和认识水平产生直接的影响。教学要努力实现以学生为主体，给予学生选择的机会、创造的机会，发挥学生的自主性和能动性，首先就要从备课人手，通过备课过程中的“三对话”落实新课程理念，切实提高备课质量。
