(一）时序贯穿式
人物的性格成长、事件的发生发展，总是处在一定的时间“线条”上的，所以，一般人在写记叙文时均会自觉不自觉地采用时序贯穿式的结构。如陕西一考生的满分《窗外的牵牛花》就采用了这种结构，该文先叙述“我”细致观察“爸爸”在“窗外”种的“牵牛花”，再写“我”获得了“努力拼搏，微小的生命也能结出累累硕果”的生活感悟， 最后写“我”理解了“爸爸”良苦用心。像这样的结构安排就使该文在线索上十分明晰，很有特点。
另外，为了增强记叙文形式的美感，有时候也可将贯穿全文的时序特别地“凸显”出来。现仅节选某同学所写的《的惨痛经历》作文的前三自然段，相信同学们能很容易地从中感受到这种写法的好处：
7：30 进入教室，8：00就要考试了，赶紧占个靠后的'位置。
7：40 已经把所需要的公式写在了桌子上。提前准备，百战不殆。
7：50 老师走进教室，原来是号称“四大名捕”之一的谭老师，还有平日一贯严肃认真的教导主任毕老师。
（二）空间转移式
人物的活动和事件的展开都要以一定的空间为背景，所以，人们在写记叙文时也常常会采用空间转移式的结构。这种结构的记叙文，作者或者处于固定的观察位置，然后由此分别观察处于不同位置的 几个事物，或者处于行动之中，按照行 动路线，逐个展现观察到的不同事物。但不管是哪一种情形，“空间”的不断“转移”使文章条理清楚、内容充实就成了这种结构记叙文的最大优点。如湖北宜昌一考生的满分作文《我梦中的小屋》中这样写道：
山上，飘逸的云朵，婆娑的树木，瑰丽的花朵，奇崛的岩石，每一处都是一幅美丽的风景。
屋前，几株梅，几枝兰幽幽地开花；屋后，挺直的松，苍翠的竹在风中摇曳，地上的 青苔也仿佛跟着摇曳了起来。
远处，苍翠的青山蒙着一层淡淡的薄纱，极力想掩饰住自己的那份绿，可是 怎么遮挡得住呢？连空气中都似乎可以嗅到“绿色”的味道，苍翠欲滴是它最好的写照啊！
很显然，上面三段文字在写“我梦中的小屋”时就采用了“空间转移式”的结构：作者通过不断地“转移”观察“空间”，分别写了“山上 ”、“屋前”、“屋后”及“远处”的优美景色，大大拓展了“我梦中的小屋”的内涵，而观察思路由上（山上）而下（山下）、由 近（屋前）而远（远处），又确实使文章脉络异常分明起来。
（三）时空交互式
“时空交互式”结构顾名思义，是指将时间和空间相互糅合在一起，以此来组织材 料和编排内容的一种结构。这种结构的记叙文，其内容一般都是时间跨度较大，而空间转移又比较频繁的人事等。采用“时空交互式”，有利于对处于不同时段不同空间的人事等有条理地进行叙述。如满分作文《精彩的乡村夜》中有这样的几段：
傍晚的太阳终于顶不住那沉重的夜幕，在昆虫和各种动物的催促下，被压下了地平线。……
这时，张家的小郭……
渐渐地，夜越来越深。这时，田野的各种昆虫……
……
夜更深了，……
限于篇幅原因，上面的几段文字，略去很多，但我们从中仍不难“估摸”到“乡村夜”的种种“精彩”之处。
（四）逐层深入式
逐层深入的写法符合人物性格形成、事件发生发展的规律，所以，“逐层深 入式”的结构也是记叙文常用的一种结构。这种结构比较容易掌握，因为只要我们能让文章在内容前后上表现出某种“意思”的 “递进”便可以了。如满分作文《最美丽的苍蝇》中有这么几段，从节选的每一段仅有的一两句话就可以看出它们在内容上“意思” 的“递进”：
大赛开始了，……
首先出场的是昌昌小姐，……
莹莹小姐姗姗来到台上，……
最后出场 的是美美小姐，……美美小姐获得了全蝇界的选美冠军。之后，评委们和观众边争吵边吃糕点去了。
（五）并列组合式
并列组合式的结构就是将有关“意思”相近的内容“并列组合”在一起，以达到充分揭示主旨的一种文章结构。如南通一考生的满分作文《感受四季?感悟芳香》就采用了这种结构模式，该文将春、夏、秋、冬四季的“感悟”并列在一起，还用“春之颂”、“夏之恋”、“秋之思”及“冬之盼”等四个小标题对其作了高度的概括，而小标题的形式也使全文在结构上显得极为新颖别致。
