一年一度的运动会终于临了！虽然连日来的气温偏低，但所有的选手都摩拳擦掌准备在竞赛中大展身手，光是想像那人声鼎沸的场面，就令人热沸腾。
运动会在运动员进场仪式进行下，揭开了序幕，典礼结束接着一连串的活动开始了，首先是打鼓队带来的“起鼓、祈福”，为本次大会带来满满的祝福。紧接的班上参与的第一项竞赛活动：“旗正飘飘”，在全班引颈期盼，同心协力下，由本班为主体的小队，在场上获得了胜利。陆陆续续的表演结束后，再来就是精采的田径赛项目，每一位选手卯足全力的在比赛中争取最好的成绩，过程紧张又刺激，一时之间忘却了北风凛冽，心暖呼呼的。
在一连串精彩的表演和刺激比赛中，结束了上半场的活动，大伙在经过休息及用餐，养精蓄锐备足了体力，接下来要迎接的是紧张的四百米接力，因为我参加了这项比赛，在比赛中我们这组得到了第三名。“呼！”比赛前我的一颗心都快跳了出来。在稍事休息后，大家期待的大队接力开始了，每一位同学都为自己的班级加油，个个也都卯足了全力替自己的班级争取冠军，结果我们班得到了第一名，大家都很高兴能够的到这么好的成绩，也为比赛画下完美的句点。
比赛虽然很累，但是大家还是觉得很开心，运动会就在大家愉快的心情中结束了。俗话说：“胜不娇，败不馁”，输的人再接再厉，赢的人也不要骄傲，期待下一次的比赛到来。

音乐一响，运动会马上就要开始啦！刚入场的是一次大阅兵，场面非常隆重，我心里兴奋极了！参加阅兵仪式的队员们着装整齐、挺胸直背，迈着整齐的步伐向我们走来，真像秦始皇当年统率天下的'一支南征北战、所向披靡的大军，多么壮观啊！此时，操场上人声鼎沸，响起了一阵阵热烈的掌声，接着，运动员来到跑场上，等着运动会裁判员一声令下，运动员们就会撒开四蹄仿佛一阵狂风扑来；后来，我又来到了跳高场地，看到一个个运动健儿劈开双腿、腾空而起，跳过单扛，真是令人羡慕啊！
再往南走，就是跳远场地了。裁判员一声令下，小运动员们直奔沙坑跳跃而过，一瞬间，他们就像一只只轻快的小兔子雀跃而起，跳出了场地好远好远，可厉害了。再继续往南走，就是扔垒球的比赛，在垒球比赛现场，拉拉队的队员们为运动健儿大声呼喊着：“加油！加油！加油！……场面紧张又激烈，真是热闹极了！
最令我难忘的时刻，就是我要参加100米的接力比赛，我是负责我们班参赛队伍的第三棒也是至关重要的一棒，比赛开始了，我们尽心尽力既快速又顺利地如箭一般向前冲去，终于不负众望，最后，尽我们队四人的全体努力，我们班的男子100米比赛，获得了学校全段第一名，此时，我就像一只快乐的小松鼠一样，快乐地跳跃着，高兴极了！
今天，我虽然顶着烈日激烈地跑着，感觉有点累儿，但是，我却很开心！因为，我们几个星期的辛勤付出终于获得了成功！在比赛结束之后，我们在学校的门口大声地喊出了我们班的队伍口号：“努力拼搏、超越自我，一（三）班加油！加油！”

早上我一起床，看见金色耀眼的阳光照进我的房间……Ya！好天气！太棒了！因为今天是学校的运动会！
我洗完脸、刷完牙，就开始又叫又跳，兴奋得不得了！把房间搞得鸡飞狗跳、不得安宁。我吃完早餐容光焕发，快乐的上学去！
我来到学校，哇！来看我们学校运动会的观众人山人海，把学校挤得水洩不通，莲苍蝇都飞不进来。
好戏上场了，我们四年级的拔河比赛开始了，我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁，因为对手个个人高马大、虎背熊腰。哎呀！管他的，上场用力拔呀！“一！二！！一！二！！……”我们一点一滴的.被四年四班拔过去，我们班早已使尽吃奶之力，拔得汗流浃背……突然“啊——！”一声，我们便硬生生的被拔了过去，我们班变得乱七八糟、东倒西歪。唉！我满带着被一盆冷水泼到的心情，沮丧的下了场。
接下来是八十米赛跑，我看看左右的人，哎呀！跟我一起跑的都是我们班的飞毛腿呀……“砰！”的一声，大家拔腿就跑，心想第一名舍我其谁？个个跑得像一只只凶猛的猎豹一样。我默默的紧追在后，但我只得了第五名，真是太不好了！
呼！抛掉所有的烦恼！因为我们班最拿手的“接力赛”开始啰！“砰！”所有的选手拼了命的向前冲！……我们得了第一名！我们又叫又跳，个个欣喜若狂！
“夕阳无限好，只是近黄昏。”玩了一整天，真好！真希望以后的运动会也能如愿以偿，样样得第一！老师告诉我们，可不能空口白话。从现在起我们要每天不断的加油练习，我相信皇天不负苦心人的！

The person I admire is my mum. She is an English teacher. She is very popular among the students because she spends lots of time on her lessons and has a good sense of humor. Students all enjoy her class.
My mum is not only a good teacher, but also a great mother. She is patient with me and always smiling while talking. My mum teaches me how to think independently and helps me to build up my confidence. When I have some difficulties in my studies, it is my mum who encourages me to work until I solve the problem. When I’m feeling sad or bad, it is also my mum who looks after me with care.
I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.
My mum is not very beautiful, but I admire and love her.
