Jane Eyre is a first-person narrative of the title character, a small, plain-faced, intelligent and honest English orphan. Partly autobiographical, the novel abounds with social criticism and sinister gothic elements.

我国把每年9月命名为“脑健康月”,而每年的9月16日,则是中国的脑健康日。大脑是人体的司令部,“头等大事”可别忽视了。现代社会中,多方压力,使得很大一部分人群的大脑处于异常疲累的状态。记忆力下降、睡眠质量不好、脾气变差,当这三种状态同时出现时,人们就该提高警惕,你的大脑已经处于高度疲惫状态了。

医生告诉记者,如果我们的大脑长期处于负荷状态,不光伤脑子,还易使身体出现器质性变化。医生建议,长期从事脑力劳动的人群,平时要做好大脑保健工作,每天不仅要合理安排作息时间,一旦大脑疲累,就要立即休息。即使条件有限,也尽量起身活动片刻,使液循环加快,放松身心。劳逸结合,才能提高用脑效率。
