人人都想当班长，他们以为当了班长就可以有权有势，自由地操控同学。可他们不知道的是，人前风光人后受罪的我有多不易。
我是个班干部，可是一点气势也没有，所以同学们总是对我有偏见。
记得那一次，同学们在做早操，老师还没到，同学们都嬉皮笑脸，玩玩闹闹，四条队伍排得像四条扭动爬行的长蛇。我再也看不下去了，说：”你们再不站好，我就叫老师来教训你们！“可他们若无其事，还异口同声：”老师现在不在，你管得着吗
"他们又开始闹起来，无论我怎么喊，同学们就是不听。校长在升旗台上注视着，看到了调皮捣乱的同学，生气极了，说：“
那是哪个班？这么没素质，班主任是谁？给我上来！”这时，黄老师走了上去，校长狠狠地批评了老师。事后，老师把我叫到办公室，把气全都往我身上发：“李佳峰！你可是班干部！怎么管不好班级，害我被批了。”那海水般的责备在我耳边汹涌澎湃
。我正想说出心中的委屈，可老师又叽里呱啦地说了一大堆，我真是秀才遇到兵——有理说不出。老师，我并没有不负责任
，只是同学们不听，您怎么能动不动就怪到我头上。唉！你们说，当个班长能不容易吗？
当个班长不容易，当个好班长更不容易。可有了“山穷水尽疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”。我一定会直面挑战！勇往直前！
