这是一幅有关文明环保的漫画。
一个阳光明媚的下午，小红和小明两个要好的好朋友手拉着手走在放学的`路上。空气是那样新鲜，花香是那样芬芬，他俩沉浸在那美妙的世界里。他俩走呀走直到垃圾桶的旁边，垃圾桶恶臭的味道打破了那美妙的世界，原来是有人把垃圾倒在外面了。小红破口大骂：“是谁这么缺德，这么懒，把垃圾倒在外面!”说完，就准备弯下腰去捡。小明一把拉住他，说：“不用，不用，清洁工会来弄干净的，我们回家吧!”“不行，我们是环保小卫士。”小红对小明说。一次、两次、三次她挥汗如雨，小明看见这样的场景很愧疚，心想：现在干净了，以后还会有人这样做，该怎么办呢?小明抓抓脑袋，有了，只见他纸上写“文明——只差一步”，贴在垃圾桶上，贴完，他俩就高高兴兴地回家了。
不要因为懒，就把垃圾倒在外面。
