I'll get up eary in the morning everyday and play sports. I really love sports. Besides that, Eating a balanced diet is also good for my health. I'm going to help my mom and dad with the housework as well in the vacation.I'll learn to cook. As for travelling, I'm planning to go to Hainan. But whether going there or not will be decided on the weather.During the vacation,I'm going to learn more about history,as I'm really poor on it.

1、上学路上的安全
“车祸一秒钟，亲人两行泪”。油板路、水泥路修通了，给我们带来便利的'同时，也带来了更多的危险，学生走出校门，就由监护人负责了，故要求家长时时提醒、要求孩子，注意交通安全，始终绷紧这根弦。要求孩子做到：遵守交通规则，靠右侧行走；专心走路，在路口要做到“一慢二看三通过”的原则；不在马路上追逐、奔跑、打闹、玩耍；不满12周岁，不能在道路上骑车（这是交通规则要求的）；不打伞骑车，不脱手骑车，不骑车带人，不骑“病”车（如没有车闸），不骑快车，不与机动车抢道，不三五成群平行骑车，下雪或路上有冰不骑车；坚决不允许骑摩托车；上晚自习不许骑车；不乘坐没有资质的车辆。
2、恶劣气候、环境下的安全
遇雷雨时要求孩子不到树下、电杆、墙下等处避雨，也不要站在高处；如果放学时雷雨较大，并有山洪，家长必须到校接学生。
3、人身安全及其它安全
坚决不许到井中洗澡；不许上电杆掏鸟；不玩弹弓、飞标一类的危险游戏；如果外出告知家长，不单独外出，尤其是在夜晚；远离陌生人；不准玩耍或携带管制刀具，水果刀也不允许；不许吸烟、喝酒（商店卖给未成年人烟酒是违法的）；告诫孩子远离不良社会青年；与同学闹矛盾，要及时告知父母、老师；远离施工场地，如须经过，要注意安全；防止被狗咬伤；防止被蛇咬伤；不许野外用火、玩火（这一点可要常管，常说，切记！）。

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

摩托车、电动车是许多家长接送孩子上下学的交通工具，佩戴好安全头盔，文明安全出行成了众多家长的共识，也折射出了城市的文明。但我们发现，部分家长交通安全意识淡薄，在骑摩托车、电动车接送孩子上下学时不喜欢佩戴头盔，同时也没有给孩子佩戴安全头盔，没有做好安全防护措施，致使交通意外发生时对生命财产造成重大损失。
人的头部是生命神经中枢所在部位，驾驶和乘坐摩托车如未戴安全头盔，头部裸露在外，发生交通事故时，由于惯性，人体头部往往先向前撞击，跌倒时与硬质路面或其他物品直接碰撞，对人体的伤害将成倍增长。有研究表明，不戴头盔头部损伤率是戴头盔的2.8倍，致命伤不戴头盔是戴头盔的1.5倍。因此保护头部就是保护生命，戴好安全头盔就是戴好了生命护身符。
为了您和孩子的人身生命安全，也为了规范市区道路交通秩序，创造文明、安全、有序、畅通的和谐交通环境，助力我市创建全国文明城市，我们真诚地向广大学生家长倡议：
1.自觉学习交通安全法规，熟知交通安全常识，知法守法，提高自我保护能力，避免交通意外伤害。
