??，这个酷夏_750字早上6点多钟，太阳就在东边形成了火炬状。

外出逛逛吧，走在街上到处都是热气腾腾；呆在家里吧，一日三餐都懒得做。想想总得做点什么送走炎日吧？于是把最近的畅销小说牛刀的《深圳，我把爱情弄丢了》找出来读。文中的主人公偏偏有个很凉爽的名字叫白云觅雪，读着读着我就忘记自己身在何处了。
直到肚子发出了声音，我才想起是中午了，应该去小区外的超市里买点吃的。下到楼下，只见房前的几棵大树下，附近建筑工地的几个师傅正蜷缩着身体酣睡着，旁边还有几个中年妇女正在静悄悄地斗地主。抬头看10楼的住户正在装空调，二位安装师傅的衣服全汗湿了。在十字路口，交通协管员顶个湿毛巾在烈日下吹口哨。超市倒是很凉爽，我采购了新鲜的酸奶和西红柿，又在门口的小摊处买了一个煮熟的糯包谷。中餐里有这红、黄、白三色搭配，不仅营养丰富而且色泽鲜明，脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物，还有维生素全有了。
傍晚，出行的人明显多了起来。五一广场上的喷泉向人们张开快乐的臂膀，人们近距离地观赏，感受水珠溅到脸上的快意。这中间有三三两两的老人，更有不少操外地口音的游客。而往下走，过了白沙路，城市中的江边一线更是聚集了不少男女老少。红的落日，起伏的群山还有横跨长江的大桥构成一幅绝美的`宜昌山水图景。船在江中走，人在画中游。夏日避暑，亲水首选。泳池自然是满的，而长江的容量却是无限大。尽管水位上涨了不少，江水也没有了往日的碧绿和宁静，可江边却陡增了不少亲水的人们。
大家互相寒暄着，天太热了，到水里来泡泡。人群中有恋人、夫妻，还有一大家子老老少少全上阵的，大家把自己当成了“饺子”下在了长江。江中的、岸边的全是嬉戏的市民，虽然今夏的宜昌格外热，但每个人都在以自己喜欢的方式，对抗着高温。
