“和”是指共生互动、相同互通、和而创新；“不同”则是相异互补。这种和而不同的思想正好用来解释三者的关系，人文、科学与生活三者之间既有着相同互通、共生互动的关系，又有着相异互补的区别。
想起电影《阿凡达》的结局不禁思考：为什么拥有了高科技的地球人最终却败给了原始的土著纳威人？其实思考后会得出这样一个道理：社会、人类要想和谐健康发展，既离不开科技的发达，也离不开人文精神的提升，而这一切都源于生活。就像材料所给的那个故事一样，如果没有瘟疫，也不会有人想去研究微生物，而有了瘟疫却没有显微镜的发明，那么单靠人文精神的力量是拯救不了那些瘟疫中奄奄一息的人们的。所以三者有了联系就要发挥各自的不同，在不同中朝一个共同的目标发展，只有这样才能达到最终好的效果。
1988年，当75名诺贝尔奖获得者聚集一堂的时候，有记者问获奖者：“您在哪所大学、哪个实验室学到了您认为最重要的'东西？”一个白发苍苍的学者思考片刻后回答道：在幼儿园。“在幼儿园学到了什么重要的东西呢？”记者不解的问。“把自己的东西分一半给小伙伴，不是自己的东西不要拿，做错事要表示歉意等等。”学者这样回答了记者。正是这一番话给了我们很大的启迪，一位为世界科学做出重大贡献的人，影响他的东西不是哪个实验室，而是幼儿园，是幼儿园里渗透给他的一种人文精神，而这种人文精神来自于生活同时也作用于生活。所以说这种来自于生活的人文精神需要科学的力量做奠基，这正是它们三者相同互通的地方。
我们离不开人文情怀，也离不开科学探索。南丁格尔的事迹众人皆知：她开护士学校，并带领护士将战场的亡率由42%降低到2%!没有心系国家，心忧百姓的人文情怀，她就不会做出这般举措。取而代之，她会尽情享受父亲提供的优厚的物质生活，终生活在上流社会的“幸福”中。没有科学探索，她不可能把救扶伤做到极致。空有一腔爱国心，却没有任何的实际工作，只是站在战场上大喊“我要降低亡率！”有何作用？因此，我们说，我们呼唤人文情怀，也追求科学探索。
玛丽修女的质问让大家感悟人文情怀，施图林格的回复让大家警卫科学探索。人文情怀饱含对自身的关切、对他人的关怀，对世界的关注；科学探索富有对物质本真的探究，对未知事物的探秘，对理想假说的探求。我想，对于个人至于全人类的幸福生活而言，总离不开悲天悯人、关注当下的人文情怀，更离不开务实求新、开拓进取的科学探索。
现如今社会，计算机技术快速发张，运算速度已可高达每秒万亿次以上，计算机应用的触角几乎深入到各领域，全世界成为一个地球村。然而网上的h客、病毒却肆意横行。这种科学的进步正需要合理的人文精神做导向，只有这样才能达到一种和谐和健康。有了正确的人文精神做导向后，要想让科学得到真正的进步和发展，我们需要从生活的点滴小事做起，很显然，这一切又回归到了生活中。人文、科学和生活这三者正是从“和而不同”的基点出发，在相同互通中进行相异互补。

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

就像我本人所经历的一件事。我一个很好的朋友，可以说是闺蜜，我们初三时坐在一张桌。初三的`时候，老师要我们交一篇征文。我便问了老师一句：“老师，用什么笔，什么纸写啊。”老师告诉我后，她问我：“你要交那篇啊？'我说：“为什么不交呢？交了还有可能得奖呢。”
而她却说了一番让我没有想到的话，她说：“就你那作文水平还交呢？”我回了她一句；"你作文水平好你交啊，我水平不好，我知道锻炼。”她说；"我作文水平不好我也不交，我也不丢那人。”
我当时就气哭了。后来，那篇作文我交了，而且，我还获了奖。她当时就无话可说了。
事后我想了想，其实，事情不仅仅只有那一面，如果不是她的那番话，或许我不会有那么大的动力去写那篇作文，也就不会得奖了；或许，我可以从这件事中看清她本来的面貌，可以知道她到底是不是真正的朋友；或许，这件事给我打了一个预防针，让我以后不会再被她所伤害。
凡事都要考虑周全，做什么事之前都要考虑好这件事情的多面性。不要只看单方面的有利条件就去做，要想想这件事是否会给你带来负面影响。
就像那句话。只有弱者才会把自己的不行归给于外界因素。如果你强大，整个世界都为你让路。这就是两种角度所带来的不同结果。
换一个角度去看事情。不同的角度，得到不同的结果。

大家是否还记得这样一个故事情节，在电影《搭错车》中，小美虽然不是佟林的亲生女儿，可是很小的时候，他就带着小美到工厂里上班，他的妈妈一直反对他抱养这个小女孩，可是他不顾妈妈的反对，一个人独自在外照顾小美，由于工厂里发生了一场火灾，让佟林失去工作，可是他并没有因此把小美送给他人。几年过去了，小美长大了，该到上学的年龄。佟林开始寻找工作来筹集女儿的学费，他毫不犹豫地选择了收卖废品这个职责。他的好朋友曾劝过他说：你有这么好的`技术，为什么不把它利用起来，到别处再找个与你学到的技术靠边的工作呢？他直摇头，他用笔在纸上写下了想对他朋友说的话，内容是：只要小美能够在我身边，即使工作再苦再累，也是值得的。听了这番话后，我们便由此被触动了，一位良师发现小美具有唱歌的天赋，即学习音乐的潜能，想让小美来省城读书，可是花费太高了，小美考虑父亲的状况，决定留爸爸在身边，可佟林偏要小美去读最好的学校。
终于，功夫不负有心人，佟林多年来一直坚持靠卖收废品来赚取女儿的学费，并将她送进了宜安市音乐学院，使她参加过多种比赛并因此而拿冠军，这些事迹打动了千万人的心。
看过《搭错车》，便想起我的爸爸，他常年一人在外打工，支撑我们这个家庭。他只是一个普普通通的工人，看他承载着家人的厚望，自己不舍得花钱，总是把最好的留给我和妈妈，以前看到别人同学的父母都是在公司，银行等体面的单位上班，觉得我的父母的职业很丢人。陪老爸一起看过《搭错车》之后，才真正明白了，不管做什么样的职务、事业，只要靠奋斗、拼搏而得来的果实，都是光荣的。其实做什么不重要，重要的是你以什么样的心态来面对你的职务和事业。人生无差别，事业也无差别，职业都是平等的。
