1、启发式教学：
教学的最终目的和启迪学生思考，增长智慧，而不是填鸭式的灌输。我的课堂不同于其它课堂的一个地方是，我善长运用一种类似于苏格拉底的“精神助产术”的启发式提问，通过对学生的启发式的提问（或者叫盘问），让学生和自己的思维、内心对话，帮学生理清思路，启发学生发现真相，达到增加智慧的目的。
2、小班式教学：
小班式教学能让每个学生都得到关注，也是启发式教学的一个前提，为了保证教学效果，我严格控制班级人数。
3、掌握式教学：
毕业班的学习直接目的是为了应——试，这就要生对学习内容加以掌握，为此老师要控制好难度和进度，注重复习和落实。为了保证学生掌握和落实，我会严格检查作业，批改作业，注重复习和测试。并根据学生学习反馈情况安排进度和难度，循序渐进，稳步推进。
4、注重习惯养成：
小学阶段是养成学习习惯的重要阶段，我十分强调学生的行为习惯、思维习惯的养成。经过一段时间的学习，学生的听讲习惯、书写习惯、作业习惯、思维习惯等方面都会有明显提高。
