为了让孩子们平安度过一个安全有意义的节假日，我们希望您积极配合学校，认真履行好监护人的职责，督促子女做好安全防范工作：
1、配合学校加强对子女的思想道德教育和法制纪律教育，引导孩子自觉遵守学校纪律、公共场所秩序和社会公德，在学校做个好学生、在家做个好孩子、在社会做个好公民。教育子女增强“安全第一”意识，学会自我防范、自我保护的知识和本领，学会各种报警方法，时时处处注意安全，自觉遵守各项安全纪律。
2、教育子女要注意游泳安全。夏季是溺水伤亡事故多发季节，要对子女加强游泳安全教育，向子女讲清楚私自外出游泳的危险性及可能导致的严重后果。要严防孩子私自下水，避免游泳事故的发生。同时要对子女进行游泳遇险时的自救、逃生常识以及施救和报警方式的教育，确保孩子生命安全。家长带子女外出游泳时，要遵守游泳场所安全规则，不要在江、河、湖、海、溪流、水库、水潭等不明水域游泳。教育子女应自觉遵守学校对游泳安全所做的规定，未经家长同意，不私自或擅自结伴外出游泳或到水边游玩，如发现其他同学私自外出游泳或到水边游玩，要及时制止，并向家长或老师报告，严防溺水事故发生。
3、教育子女要注意饮食卫生安全。要教育子女搞好个人卫生，注意饮食卫生，不要吃没有健康保障的食品，特别要教育子女不买街上无证照商贩出售的食品，不食用来历不明的可疑食物，以防止食物中毒事故发生。
4、教育子女要注意交通安全。要教育子女自觉遵守交通规则，注意交通安全，不要在马路上游玩嬉戏，横穿马路不闯红灯，过交叉路口等要注意过往车辆，靠右行走等，禁止子女乘坐“柴三机”和无证照车辆、违章车辆，避免交通事故发生。
5、教育子女注意活动安全。节假日学生外出郊游等活动，要有家长带领，并要切实注意游玩安全，不要随便与陌生人外出游玩，不到安全无保障的危险区域、地点游玩。家长对子女外出要做到知去向、知活动内容、知同伴、知归时，如发现有异常，应立即采取相应补救措施。
6、教育子女要注意用电安全、防火安全。同时要做好防雷击、防台风、防暴雨侵害等方面的安全教育，增强子女的自我防范与自护自救能力。
7、要注意教育子女遵守有关规定。不参加赌博，不搞封建迷信活动。
8、要做好学生传染病防治。在传染病多发季节做好各种预防措施，做好学生甲肝、风疹、水痘、腮腺炎、手足口病等传染病的防治工作。做到早发现、早诊断、早报告、早隔离、早治疗。
9、五一放假时间：5月1日—5月3日，5月4日(星期二正常上课。“五一”过后，学校将作息时间改为夏季作息时间。具体时间安排：上午7:40到校——11:35放学，(一、二年级学生10：45放学; 下午2：30到校——5:00放学。为保证学生的人身安全及周围居民的休息，请家长按此作息时间履行好监护责任(家长是孩子的法定监护人，学校、教师负责在校时间的教育和管理责任。中午两个多小时的休息时间，家长要安排孩子睡觉至少1个小时，不要让孩子提前到学校周边玩耍或不回家吃饭休息在外面玩耍。夏季天气炎热，每年5---6月份中午放学后及下午放学后的时间是学生安全事故的高发期，以往的安全事故教训希望家长务必要多加注意。安全责任重于泰山!
