If I ruled the world, I would do some changes that will make the world become better. I would publicize concept of peace, and try to reduce wars. I would also try my best to reduce taxation, help poor people with their producion and make business revive. I would change education too, because it is said that the fature of a country depends on children of the country. In a way, the future of the world depends on children of the world. So I think, the education is a very important factor to make the world become better. I would reduce class-time, reduce homeworks and build many appliances for play on the playground. I would make the schools become a kind of place that kids can be happy there, and like there. I would definitely be a good leader. If somebedy gave me honor to rule the whole world, I wouldnt let him(her down. I would do anything I can do to make the world become more beautiful, more peaceful and warmer.

我看了秦文君写的《这个夏天》，这本书讲了成长中的少年少女所面临的尴尬而复杂的境地，也深刻地呈现了他们在成长中所承受的快乐和痛苦。作者文笔灵动，情感丰富而又细腻，字里行间流淌着一股清纯之美，是一部适合少年儿童阅读的儿童文学作品。在我印象中最深刻的就是《丑女》这个故事。
故事讲述了一个名叫简亚平的女孩，她相貌很普通，但却着与众不同的家庭背景，因为这个与众不同家庭背景，让她的性格变得十分古怪，脸上没有笑容，同学们都讨厌她。但只有贾梅想去试着与性格古怪的她去做朋友，她很感激贾梅并没有像其他同学一样排斥她。在简亚平生日的时候，贾梅帮她邀请了全班同学参加她的生日会，并让同学们在黑板上写上自己对简亚平的祝福，当简亚平看到同学们给她的祝福和鼓励的话时，终于笑了，同学们都认为，笑起来的简亚平是最美丽的。
正因为这些话，使简亚平开始变得乐观起来。
我们不能改变自己的家庭背景，也不能改变的自己相貌，却能够用一颗乐观的心，一个自信的微笑去面对一切。家庭背景与相貌并不代表一切，即使有着美丽的相貌，却没有一个自信的微笑，这是没有用的。懂得自信微笑的人才是最美丽的，自信、乐观的心态才能使你展开新的生活。
《这个夏天》的作者秦文君说过：“阅读好书能给人以高尚的情感体验，促人思考。如果能读懂那些好书，世界的真谛、生活的原则也就能掌握在手了。童年时如能遇到好书，就如走在路上有太阳照过来，心里暖哄哄的；就如坐在台阶上有很多爱你的人轻轻的招呼你，拍你的肩膀。那些温暖和鼓励可能是细小的，不算什么，但是对于成长中的孩子来讲，就是一个美丽的依托，一个闪光的信念，一个飞翔的梦想。”
“世界像个大舞台，每个人都是舞台上的一个角色。最奇怪的是，每个角色都会有苦恼，但只要他想微笑，扬起眉毛就能找到快乐。”
记住，世界上没有你做不到的事，关键在于你想不想去做。这本书告诉我，只有乐观、自信的心态才能改变一切。

在这个暑假里，我读了一本秦文君写的书——《这个夏天》。在这本书里我印象最深的是选自《女生贾梅全传》中的一个小片段——《丑女》。

我们不能改变自己的家庭背景，也不能改变自己的外貌。但我们可以改变自己的心态，用一颗乐观的心、一个自信的笑容去面对一切事物。其实，家庭背景和外貌并不代表着一切。如果你拥有美丽的外表，却没有一个自信的笑容的话，那美丽的外表只是一个摆设品。相反，即使你只是相貌平平但拥有一颗乐观的心、一个自信的笑容，那么你就是一个美丽的人。
即使我们没有美丽的容貌但只要拥有一颗乐观的心、一个自信的笑容，我们就是最美的。不会笑的人，不管他（她）的容貌有多美丽，他（她）都是最丑陋的。生活就像一个大舞台，每个人都是舞台上的一个角色，每个角色都会有自己的烦恼，但只要扬起一个微笑，就可以找回自信。

My holiday life will be busy but interesting. I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books. I am going to play sports such as playing basketball, table tennis, swimming and so on . Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo. the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.
