It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.
In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

下午，在参观奥体中心回来坐地铁的途中，我看见地铁站牌上有一站叫“北京大学东门”。我想，这一定是到北京大学的。早知道北京大学是百年大学，是中国最高学府，于是我要求爸爸带我去北京大学参观。
果然，出地铁站没走几步就是北京大学的东校门。我们在门口身份登记后，就走进了校园。
北京大学不愧是百年大学，校园里随处都是高大葱郁的古树，一颗颗古树簇拥着一幢幢或旧或新的教学大楼，形成了一道别有风味的美景。
听爸爸说，来到北京大学不看未名湖是遗憾。我们急匆匆地绕过几幢教学楼，走到未名湖边。已是傍晚，夕阳照在清澈的湖面上，波光粼粼。未名湖山水相依，湖边的小山上矗立着一座十三层的宝塔叫博雅塔，博雅塔和未名湖交相辉映，成了北京大学著名的景观。在未名湖的湖心岛东岸有一艘石舫。听爸爸说，石舫已有200余年历史，价值珍贵。石舫上，有许多孩子在那儿跳上跳下，玩得起劲。岸边的石椅上，坐满了大学生，他们有的在看书，有的在背英语单词，还有的在讨论数学难题。
看过未名湖，我们又去参观了巍峨雄伟而且被称为亚洲学校图书馆中藏书最多的图书馆——北京大学图书馆和为纪念北京大学百年办学历史建造的百年讲堂。我和爸爸一边漫步在宽阔的校园马路上，一边欣赏着北京大学一幢幢各具特色的建筑。宁静的校园里，不时传来孩子们的欢笑声，他们都是跟我一样，是被老师带着来参观北京大学的暑假夏令营学生。
时间不等人，不一会儿，太阳只剩下半边脸了。我们从北京大学的南门出来。在北京大学的南校门口，我叫爸爸给我拍了一张照片留念。
在回来的路上，我不由自主地自言自语道：“要是我在北大读书该多好！”爸爸听了，笑着说：“只要你努力，北大的大门就永远为你敞开着。”

清华、北大是梦想，承载着我无限的想象；清华、北大是力量，给予我追梦的勇气；清华、北大是目标，是我努力学习的方向。今年暑假，我终于得到了一个参观清华、北大的机会，我怀着崇敬的心情踏上旅程。
第一站是北大，首先映入眼帘的是“西大门”，它是北京大学最早的大门，古色古香又雄伟壮观，能让人感受到北大的庄严、肃穆。走过“西大门”就算进入了一个神圣的学术殿堂——“北京大学”，“北京大学”是一所带有浓厚古中国特色的大学，可也有“百年讲堂”这样现代化的建筑，大学里著名的景观当数“一塔湖图”。“一塔湖图”里的“塔”就是指“博雅塔”。“博雅塔”最早是为解决全校师生饮水而建造，后来有了自来水就弃用，它虽为水塔，但造型上有门有窗，有壁画有浮雕和真塔一样。“一塔湖图”的“湖”就是著名的“未名湖”，湖水碧绿，中间有一个湖心岛，桥把北岸和湖心岛相连，成为北大学子休闲散步的好去处。
从北大走入清华，好似由古朴典雅的古代进入光彩夺目的现代。清华是由外国人援助建造，所以多少有些西洋风格。清华最著名的景观当数“二校门”，乳白色的石门流露出清丽庄严之美，以前是清华大学正门，现在作为“门”的功能正在减弱，而转变为清华的标志性景观。清华大学不仅是优秀的学府，还是国家的科技中心，培养了许多优秀的人才：“导弹之父”钱学森；若贝尔物理学奖获得者李政道，“两弹元勋”邓稼先等等，他们为祖国的强大做出了贡献，我非常的崇拜他们，我也要成为国家的栋梁，成为清华的一员。
我很早就知道清华的校训“自强不息，厚德载物”。我将以勤奋、踏实、不屈不饶的学习态度，坚定不移的学习下去，去实现我的梦想。
