为什么会这样？与我能做什么？，这是我们遇到问题之后常会出现的两种心态。从表面上看，这两种反应都是自然而发，贴合常情，然而往深里去想，你却会发现，这两种想法代表着两种截然相反的工作和生活态度。而《问题背后的问题》一书如暮鼓晨钟，用一种清越敦实的声音敲醒了我，让我明白的明白了提高个人职责意识，是解决所有问题的核心。
