Every year, with the coming of spring, the weather will get warmer. And we usually have a spring outing at this time of the year.
Because of the warm and pleasant days, many people would like to go for an outing. I still remember one of my spring outings, for it was a very interesting experience. It was a bright and cheerful morning. I made a decision to visit a famous mountain near our campus. I went along with some of my schoolmates. We were singing and laughing all the way. There was a large piece of green grass land at the mountain foot. When we were climbing, we could see many beautiful flowers on the mountainside. The mountain was very high ,but we reached its top at last. There, we visited a temple and had a talk with a monk. He told us something about the history of the temple and we got to know about Sakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism. From the mountain top, we could get a birds-eye view of our campus. It seemed very small.
When it was getting dark we returned. Although we were very tired at night, we were too excited to go to sleep.
Comes spring! Lets have an outing!

前年的第一本书，没想到竟然关于O2O。其实我一直对工具类，或者关于职业专业化的一些书籍不是很感冒。长期以来的书单都是小说类的，用小美的话说，甜食比较多但缺少主食。可能我这个人比较感性吧，对于这种理性描述客观事实的文字，常常看不下去。所以，能窝在西西弗的角落，花了三个小时的时间把这本书一口气看完，我自己也是很意外，可能真的被O2O虐得太惨了吧，哈哈哈哈。
我们一直把全渠道O2O挂在嘴边，其实是全渠道和O2O是两个概念。
全渠道和多渠道不同，不仅为用户提供了多种购买入口，还能够让用户无论选择哪种渠道，都能自由地无接缝获取各种信息，不仅随时随地可以下单，还可以在任何地方取货，不仅提供了入口，也提供了出口，这在一定程度上增加了与用户的触点。从用户角度看就是自由选择入口与出口的模式。
O2O是一种线上线下融合的市场营销手段，全渠道不仅仅是O2O的简单延伸，它的核心在于供应链管理，物流与库存的把控。
前段时间梳理我们的销售场景，下单方式、支付方式、收货方式组合起来的场景拉出来一大串，如果没有对全渠道有一定的理解或者经过一定的培训，是很难区分清楚的。其实我们已经有了全渠道的条件，有多种入口也有出口，但关键是缺乏一个系统的供应链管理，一直在强调线上线下的融合，强化了O2O但模糊了全渠道的概念。延伸出来的业绩计列问题也一直很不清晰。所以，比起一味的扩张建点，更应该先完善整个全渠道的架构设计，以物流为核心，将零散的销售场景整合，通过供应链管理建立成一个闭环的体系。同时，明确每个场景的业绩计列。
第二个问题，体验，虽然从二阶段开始一直把体验放在很重要的位置，但落地真的不咋地，当然这个一定程度上也是基于上层的架构设计。用户随时随地下单的问题已经基本解决了，但是自提点的缺陷、物流配送信息有误，使得取货环节的用户体验一般般。如果难以保证更多的用户及时获得产品，也会影响后续的激活、充值等等。再加上王卡这个产品，一生只可以开一张，所以每个开户的机会都很珍贵。
第三个问题，驿站的选择。创建“顾客愿意去的店”很重要，仅仅提供全渠道能够实践的环境是不足以吸引用户的`，关键还要提高自身店铺的魅力，接待能力等。目前我们在驿站选择质量上还是草率了一些，数量与质量总是难以兼顾。规模上量确实在短时间内效果显著，但是全渠道是一个长期的战略，前期基础打得不好，后期买单的成本真的太高了，就像设计一个产品，规划的时候思考的问题太少，后续不停地有问题，不停地迭代，运营成本会高很多。
虽然前期规划也难以面面俱到，但至少大的方向上考虑周全一些，后续的工作更多的是在原有基础上优化，根据新的变化完善，而不是填坑。
用户只想愉快地、方便地购物，能够实现他们的这一愿望是店铺“，这是全渠道的原点。
