二、教学设计新颖别致。有人曾这样说过“学习的最好刺激乃是对所学知识的兴趣。”“兴趣是促进学习的内驱力。”很多参赛教师用新颖别致、巧妙智慧的教学设计激发了学生的学习兴趣，引发了学生探究求知的主动性。如新乡的付月从老师在《红军不怕远征难》一课中，打破了教材限制，巧妙地组合出“数字长征”、“故事长征”两个版块，新颖别致，使学生兴致盎然、热情高涨，观后感《省优质课观后感》。另一位老师在《东西方文化交流的使者》一课中，“东西方文化交流最大的使者”申报表的设计，避免了学习过程中的单调苍白、枯燥无味，学生积极主动地参与到教学活动中，取得了很好的课堂效果。
三、抛却浮华，注重实效。感受过以往表演意味十足的优质课上那火爆热烈的气氛和学生天衣无缝、完美无缺的表现，当看到本次优质课赛讲过程中并不算活跃的气氛和学生似乎有些平淡的表现时，不少听课教师评论道：“学生也不动。我看这些学生和我们那些学生也没什么不同的。”然而，仔细品味，我们会发现，每节课上，学生都在“动”，不是那种看似热火朝天的七嘴八舌、滴水不露的妙语连珠，也不是妙趣横生的才艺表演，而是思维的启动、互动。有人说过“教育的真谛不是传授知识，而是培育智力活动的习惯、独立思考的能力。”因此，思维的启动才是学生真正的“动”，是深层次的“动”。很多课堂上，教师都抛却了浮华的形式，他们或巧妙设疑，诱发思维或创设情境，启动思维抑或引导点拨，发散思维，总之，课堂上教师注重的是学生的发展，是课堂的实效。当然，本次优质课赛讲中，也出现了教师百般启发，而学生启而不发的情况，但苏霍姆林斯基曾指出：使学生看出和感到有不理解的东西，使他们面临着问题，如果你能做到这一点，就是成功了一半。因此，学生对知识的不理解、对问题回答的不完美，并不是课堂的败笔，只要学生积极主动地参与课堂，启动思维，思考问题，就是一份成功。也许，思考的过程比结果更有价值。
俗话说“话不说完，画不画满”，课堂上同样也需要留白。但教师在进行教学设计时，面对精心搜集的材料、设置的问题往往舍不得剪裁，这样就会使课堂内容繁杂，影响学生对某些问题的思考、理解。本次优质课赛讲中，有些课也存在这样的问题，但这些代表着全省最高水平的优质课无疑让我领略了课堂艺术的无穷魅力。对比自己课堂，我需要改进、提升的地方还有很多。在以后的教学中，我要不断学习，努力提升自身素质，成就学生，愉悦自己。
