登上柏油路东面宽长的大阶梯就是小操场。北面漂亮的实验大楼前的水池是校园的中心。只见怪石嶙峋的假山参差突兀。水池里两只青蛀微微浮出水面，仿佛蹬足欲跳，不知真情的还以为是真的呢!池水清洌碧绿，人影可见，浮萍漂曳，白莲如醉，蛤蜓戏水，彩蝶翻飞，把整个小池装扮得情意盗然;池前笔直的旗杆上国旗直插云霄，鲜艳如火，傲然映日，迎风飘扬。楼后，柳树婆姿，柔梢披风，婀娜多姿。走出第二级平台，跨过12级台阶，顿觉豁然开朗。这是我们宽阔的操场。随着悠扬欢快的旋律，一千多同学整齐地列队操场，伸臂弯腰，那场面才壮观呢!
