Many men on their release carry their prisonalong with them into the air, hide it as a secretdisgrace in their hearts, and at length like poorpoisoned things creep into some hole and die. 不少人出狱后还带着他们的囚牢踏入外面的天地，当作耻辱秘密地藏在心底，最终就像一头头什么东西中了毒似的，可怜兮兮地爬进哪个洞里了。他们落到这步田地真是可悲，而社会把他们逼成这样，很不应该，太不应该了。社会自认有权对个人施以令人发指的惩罚，可它也表现了浮浅这一大恶，领悟不到自己干下了什么事。当那个人受过惩罚之后，社会就撇下他不管了，也就是说把他抛弃了，而这时，社会对那个人所负的最责无旁贷的.义务才刚开始呢。社会真的是愧对自己的行为， 避而不敢面对它惩罚过的人，就像有人欠了债还不起就躲起来，或者给人造成了不可挽回、无可补救的损害后就逃之夭夭。我从我这方面要求，如果我领悟了自己所受的苦，那社会也该领悟它对我所施的惩罚，于是双方就不得再胸怀芥蒂、心存仇恨了。

题目：执着和善良，勇敢又坚定。
你好，中国。这句话是赞比亚小伙李小虎在第一次来到中国时说的话。受朋友李威的邀约，他们两个人一起回中国过春节。当飞机落地在北京首都国际机场的那一刻，李威穿上了已经有近一年的时间没有接触到的羽绒服，还真觉得有一点不习惯——因为他大部分时间都在非洲的赞比亚专门拍摄短视频。
李威视频呈现出来的赞比亚是贫穷的，是快乐的，是无奈的`，是有趣的这是出现在文中的一段话，简短的几行字，却让我感受到了李威的爱国，李威的善良，李威的美好，李威的同情心，李威的知情知性。他用自己的方式让远在1万公里之外的中国人了解了非洲的生活，比如说文中提到有一个非洲小女孩拿起银色水瓢就在飘着油垢的水沟里舀水喝，这让我十分心疼和不解，自己的心里也浮想联翩：为什么小女孩要喝这种有油垢的水？为什么小女孩的生活会很困难？其实非洲的水源并不多，地表水也很脏，那里的人想要喝一口水也很困难。李威说他拍这些视频就是想把真实的生活场景展示给大家看，让每一个人都珍惜当下的生活，这让我对他的敬佩又多了几分。他不会在自己的家乡选择安逸的生活和一份稳定的工作，反而自己来到非洲做自己喜欢干和喜欢做的事，潇洒中也有自由，勇气与一颗善良博爱的心。
每个人都会有自己的选择，而我觉得李威的选择是伟大的。

人们指着雷丁监狱说，“艺术生命就把人带到这等地方。” 嗯，还可能带到更糟糕的地方去呢。对头脑较机械的人，生活是精明的算计，靠的是对各种利害得失的.仔细计算，他们总是明白要去的地方，并朝那里走去。要是初衷是当个教区执事，那不管他们处身什么地位，成功当上教区执事就是。如果一个人的意愿是成为一个自己本身以外的什么，比如当个议员、生意发达的杂货商、出名的律师、或法官、或者同样无聊乏味的什么，总是能如愿以偿的。这就是他的惩罚。想要假面具的人就得戴上它。
