亲爱的志愿者们：
大家好！爱心支教联盟天津分站感谢大家一直以来的关注和投入,你们的支持和无私奉献为我们团队的发展和志愿者活动的开展奉献了重要力量。从13年举办的物资募集活动，到目前尚在进行的支教招募，我们得到了来自四面八方的关注和支持。大家的每一个善举，都让我们感受到大学生对公益满腔的热和满满的`爱心。正因为有大家的参与和关注，我们才能将正在进行的爱心继续下去。所以在此感谢所有关注、参与我们活动的同学。
今年三月份，我们启动了在天津市高校的支教报名选拔活动，旨在号召更多人关注公益以及为大家提供一个表达爱心的平台。大家对活动表现出的巨大热情让我们看到了大家的热心与爱心，也鼓励着我们的进一步工作。在这个过程中，报名人数超过了我们的预期，远大于支教团队可以接受的人数，我们既欢喜又有隐忧。欢喜的是，关注的人越多，我们的公益平台能让更多人参与进来，这样资源教育缺乏的孩子就能得到更多的关注和帮助；忧虑的是，报名的人数越多，对每个报名的志愿者来说竞争就愈加激烈。虽然我们不希望志愿者只是为了支教而支教，但我们更不愿意看到由于我们在“能否去支教”这个问题上拒绝了一部分志愿者，而失去了一些愿意参加公益的朋友。在此，我们对没进入下一轮的志愿者深感抱歉，但我们诚挚希望日后能和大家继续合作，携手爱心之旅，关注公益，关注孩子们的成长。
笔试，是今年我们选拔志愿者的第一个环节。在这个环节中，有些同学遗憾的落选了，但无论结果如何，希望大家能够记得自己报名的初衷。“我们为什么去支教？”这个问题和“我为什么去支教?”对大家来说有什么区别呢？我想后一个问题也许是大家面对激烈的竞争时候更应该想清楚的问题。如果你是因为一颗爱心、一颗满怀公益的善心，我想说，无论你是否能够通过这场选拔最终去支教，这都只是个起点。公益不在形式，除了这次支教，还有一万种方式去实现自己的爱心。在这条公益路上，我们是永远的队友。
爱心支教联盟天津分站，本着对孩子们，对支教学校认真负责的态度，郑重承诺：此次笔试审核过程中，每一份报名表都由至少三名团队成员进行审核和讨论，每个参与审核的团队成员都严格参照笔试准备会中讨论出的标准进行评分以及讨论。现将笔试相关内容公布如附录一所示，供大家参考。我们也真诚地欢迎大家为团队提供建设性意见。筑梦西部，支教同行。
另着重声明，我们绝对没有以“学校是否是211”，“是否是本一”或其他条件来单方面武断评审志愿者。报名人数众多，学校资源有限，请理解我们评分人员最终也只能忍痛割爱。
我们一直秉承着寻找“合适的支教老师”的原则进行选拔，所以最终的结果并不是综合素质或者奖状特长的排名，也不是“好与坏”的判断。每个人都有自己擅长的领域，都有更适合做的事。我们从不会以此评判各位志愿者，更不会质疑大家满满的爱心。再次衷心感谢大家长期来对我们团队的关注和支持，也希望各位志愿者能够继续关注我们团队，继续关注公益，和我们一起参加后期的公益活动。
