今年的第十本书—《身心合一的奇迹力量》。本书的作者是提摩西·加尔韦，他是美国运动心理学的第一人，教练技术的先驱。他的这本书入选全球50部心灵励志经典。
此书与《心流》大同小异，都是讲身心统一的。为什么要身心合一呢？因为合一便不再扭曲，达到“想”与“做”的高度统一。良好的心态就是一种有意识的无意识，能更好地实现身心合一，而只有合一才会发现自己的能力超乎自己的想象。
发现两个“自我”。人生的每一次比赛都有两场，一场是外在的，一场是内在的。我们常常都在追求外在的胜利，而忽视内在的重要性，其实，一场比赛，只有胜了内在才能更好地赢得外在。不进行批判，是打赢内在比赛的关键。理顺自我1和2需要做到，轻松的描绘希望的结果，学会信任自我2的能力，学会不带“批判意识”的观察。最重要的是放松的专注。
不要被个人成就感所迷惑。很多人在取得进步后，会很兴奋。但是，到第二天，他们往往又恢复到以前拼命努力的样子。这是因为，拼命努力中自己是控制者，成就感十足；而顺其自然的方式，获得的成就无法归功于己。所以要理智看待效率，正确取舍。切记，不要被个人成就感所迷惑。良好的心态，是获得一个满足幸福生活的前提，没有一个良好的心态，即便衣食无忧，家产万贯也是不幸福的，不开心的。
作者说，放弃忧虑，但不要放弃努力，反而会产生新的力量，全身心朝着生命奔跑。换句话说，无论我们在人生道路上遇到什么，经历了什么，都要以积极乐观的心态面对，顺其自然的放松专注，那么困难可能会成为人生中难得的一笔财富。
拥有良好的心态，身心合一，是收获非凡人生的前提！
