首先用大拇指在栗子中心按一下，因为大栗壳的中心最嫩，轻轻按一下就破了，再用大拇指和食指在中心的两边一捏，这样栗子肉就轻而易举的捏出来了，而且这一招同样适用于剥荔枝壳。
