领导力不是天生的基因带来的能力，而是一系列可操作、可模仿、可践行的工具：沟通视窗，目标管理，倾听反馈。如果你想在互联网时代抢占先机，活得体面而有尊严，那么，领导力便是你的人生必修课。
这是第一次读樊登先生的作品，刚开始我觉得困惑，如果领导力要真像文字一样可以简单地复制粘贴、然后运用自如的话，那么就不会有那么多员工的岗位一成不变。作者似乎察觉到读者的这种顾虑，所以第一章就明确指出人人都能学会领导力，而且领导力是可以标准化的。看到这里，我才停止打退堂鼓，调整心态继续阅读这本书。
通常大多数人的惯性思维是领导很难解决的事情自己肯定解决不了，为了增强读者的信心，樊登列出了提升领导力的四重修炼：建立信任，建立团队，建立体系，建立文化。对我来说切实可行的是第一重，即建立信任。作者写道：“当你还是一个普通员工时，最重要的就是保质保量完成领导分配的`任务，赢得领导的信任；工作中与同事友好相处，赢得同事的喜爱；为客户提供优质的服务，赢得客户的肯定。”我非常赞同樊登的观点，在还没有能力为公司解决难题时，做好自己的本职工作，积累经验，构建良好的个人工作环境，才能够拓展职业发展空间。
这本书还提到一个很有趣的说法：优秀管理者都是营造氛围的高手。樊登指出，营造团队氛围的核心在于调动员工的工作意愿，激发他们的工作热情，营造团队凝聚力。管理者应当更多地关注员工的内心需求，以足够的诚意打动员工，让他们真正融入团队为共同的目标而努力奋斗。
樊登的9堂商业课除了第一章的“入门须知”，其余是围绕提升领导力的8个主题展开论述——明确角色定位，避免亲力亲为；构建游戏化组织，让工作变得更有趣；理清关系，打造团队一致性；用目标管人，而不是人管人；利用沟通视窗，改善人际沟通；学会倾听创建良性的交流通道；及时反馈，让员工尊重你；有效利用时间，拒绝无效努力。我认为最新颖的是第七个主题——及时反馈，让员工尊重你。在这个主题中，樊登指出：别用绩效考核代替反馈，警惕“推理阶梯”以避免误解和伤害，要尝试通过正面反馈引爆你的团队，负面反馈时对事不对人。这些建议刷新了我对领导力的认知，比如我一直觉得绩效考核是最重要的，却忽略了面对面沟通和正面反馈的意义。总而言之，这本书非常有学习和借鉴价值，希望我能在以后的实践中不断练习，运用到自己的工作中。

这是一本听过，并听了3遍以上的书，结合自己的工作，我发现给了我很多的灵感和工作中的解决问题的办法，今天就分享一下我从这本书中得到的收获。
其中有几点对我影响比较大，并且部分已经在工作中开始实施：
管理是通过被人完成工作，领导是营造氛围带领团队前进：自己以前也就是一名小教务，后来成为教务组长之后，算是有了个小团队吧，但是突然感觉更累了，什么事情都需要操心，工作分工不明确，总插手教导组员的工作，总觉得组员做的太差，考虑的太少，导致和组员关系紧张，自己又累又焦虑！
意思到问题后，我开始主动的和组员沟通，更加细化明确工作，比如以前新班排课，我就让组员添课表确定老师，现在会和他沟通告诉他之后他要独立承担校区的工作，所以想培养他的能力，明确时间节点和目标，定期回顾，全权交给她处理，这样组员觉得受到尊重，从工作中解决问题，得到成长，而自己也能有更多时间规划或处理其他问题；同时定期开会给组员进行一些培训，锻炼她们，让他们可以得到更多的成长，可以承担更多地工作。
还有在目标管理方面，以前布置工作大家总是没能很好的完成，最后开会我都不想提到这件事，以免让士气受挫，知道了SMART原则后，开始制定清晰明确有时间节点的工作，并邀请组员一起参与确定目标，这样目标就变成了大家自己要做的事情，而不是我要催着的事情，工作的效率也有所提高。
所以非常感谢樊登老师，读书改变世界，以前听了会心中油然生出一股敬意，还会想象自己破万卷书的样子；后来再听到这句话就会笑笑，仿佛离自己跟遥远；最近真的有了点变化，通过听书，读书，慢慢让自己的工作和生活发生了一点变化。
