第二天，我们来到了海滨浴场冲浪。青岛的海边美丽极了：天是一片蓝玉，海是一块翡翠，远望水天相连，蔚为壮观。我们踩在细软的沙滩上，奔向那向往已久的大海。
大海卷起一层层美丽的浪花，呼啸着向沙滩打来，一眨眼它又逃了回去，就像一群顽皮的孩子打闹着。这时，一个一米多高的大浪拥上来，我赶紧把身体背过去，一浪过去了，我就向前走几步。不一会儿，又一排大浪冲来，我赶紧往回跑……我们在海浪声中相互扑打嬉戏，绿海碧波留下了我们欢乐的笑声，那感觉正是爽极了。
青岛之旅给我留下了深刻的印象，要开学了，我多希望能有一个像去旅游那样快乐的新的开始啊！
In August 1st, we took a spring and autumn flight to the coveted coastal city of Qingdao. It is a beautiful mountain, where there are endless beach, a beautiful scenery of Laoshan, there are exquisite red trees, really is a good place for summer vacation.

“网络暴力”已不是个例，其影响力波及全球，大多数网民或多或少都曾见证过“网络暴力”的巨大危害。为了防止自由言论权的肆意滥用，遏制公共与个人利益遭受权利侵犯的现象。我们都应该着手解决“网络暴力”问题，将“网络暴力”的危害减至最低。
（一）政府方面
1.加快网络立法进程：
全面落实我国宪法中所提到的“国家尊重和保障人权”，最大限度的明确言论自由权的内涵. 修改宪法中所规定的言论自由权只为政治权利这一权利属性，还原其公民基本权利的属性。
网络立法可以调整、约束和规范公民的行为，针对虚拟社会立法是对网络暴力有效治理必不可少的首要工作。
2.引导树立正确的行业规范制度，全面构建实名制上网制度：
追究网络不良言行，明确责任，打击网络犯罪行为。对暴力信息查堵，营造一个清洁网络空间，对网民不当的言行进行相应的处罚。
3.构建透明政府，公开“网络暴力”治理方案：
及时解决改革过程中所出现的问题，了解网民的现实需求，吸纳民众中好的建议或意见，形成公正、公开、公平的管理模式。
4.利用政府权威，构建网络文明的主流意识：
对公民进行网络道德规范教育。网络道德规范以明确的赞同、鼓励、禁止、惩罚等规定，来约束公民的言行，倡导网络社会所提倡的道德价值，让民众都参与到自觉抵制“网络暴力”的浪潮中来。
（二）网络行业方面
合理借鉴国外网络行业较成熟的发展理论与，基于行业自律，使用互联网技术，将网络内容分级处理和并采用过滤系统对网络信息进行过滤，对外开设公众投诉通道。
（三）大众传媒方面
新闻媒体作为连接政府与公众之间的桥梁，肩负着宣传者、监督者和引导者的重要使命，其舆论导向作用越来越突出。在解决“网络暴力”这个社会老大难问题中，新闻媒体也有着不可推卸的责任。可以从以下几个方面来开展工作：
1.及时引导网络非理性情绪。
2.开辟多元意见表达渠道，及时反映各界的需求。
3.在全社会范围内对健康文明上网教育普及。
4.学习借鉴国外成功经验，充分发挥新闻工作的引导舆论的功能。
5.准确及时解析政府相关政策，起到宣传作用。
（四）网民道德方面
一方面，网民应积极主动
遵守《文明上网自律公约》，文明上网，理性发言，不对他人使用“网络暴力”。另一方面，当遭遇“网络暴力”时及时向有关部门反映，维护自己的正当权利不受侵犯。
