我的同桌沈宇博，长得胖胖的，一张圆脸肥嘟嘟的，人高马大，特别爱玩游戏。

记得有一天的自然课上，我正在专心致志的听老师讲课。突然，一个纸团从我眼前飞了过去，我定睛一看，原来是沈宇博在传纸条给他的好朋友——宋章彬。等纸条在从宋章彬那传过来时，我偷偷一看，原来他俩正在“纸上谈兵”——聊游戏。

《开学第一课》是一个十分有意义的节目，通过观看此节目能让我们每个人反思和感悟很多东西，从而心灵的感知收获也是颇多的。在这一时期观看《开学第一课》，其意义甚是深刻，而金秋九月这期主题的《开学第一课》能让我们更加深刻地感受到没有党就没有新中国，是中国共产党经历百年风雨历程，带领我们一路披襟斩棘，不畏艰辛，才迎来了如今这个幸福的时代，我们有机会拥有幸福的生活。所以我们要感谢党，努力报答党的恩情。身各个方面的能力等，为成为社会、祖国和党需要的人才拼搏努力，实现自己最大的价值。
