八上英语作文 我的新年计划【一】
暑假又快来临了，这个暑假我早就计划好了，一定要利用这么好的暑假来摆脱我的烦恼。
肥胖成了目前我最大的烦恼了。记得张老师在上《小嘎子和胖墩儿摔跤比赛》一课时，一说到“傻大黑粗”这个词语时，同学们不由得扭过头瞟了我一眼，有的还“放肆”地对着我嘿嘿笑了起来，真让人郁闷。想当年我体形“正常”时，我是多么灵活啊，体育课是我大展拳脚的好时机。可现在，哎，我最怕上体育课了。那个在操场上跑在最后、汗流满面的肯定是我，而做仰卧起坐更让我痛苦不堪，当我“挣扎”着坐起时，别的同学早已经做了五六个，等老师哨声一响，我报的那个数又成了大家的笑料。有时我想，仰卧起坐那简直是专门针对大肚子同学的“惩罚”。你说，肥胖它烦不烦人？
这次的暑假我制定了A、B计划，一定要甩掉身上的肥肉。先听听我的A计划吧运动减肥。暑假每天早晨五点半起床，绕小区跑上两圈，跑完后回家休息。到傍晚的时候，我又得出动了，听张老师说这段时间运动减肥效果特别好，因此，我打算跳绳，跳到累才为止。这还不够，晚饭过后，拉上老爸老妈陪我去散步，据说这样也能瘦身，我想这是整个减肥运动中最轻松的一项了吧，我一定天天坚持走上1小时以上。
光运动还不行，还得配上我的B计划饮食减肥。以前，我爱吃肉，零食更是来者不拒，什么薯片啊，棒冰啊，总是不加节制地吃。这次暑假在美食面前，我一定要一忍再忍，多吃蔬菜少吃肉，渴了喝白开水，谗了啃青瓜，我就不信瘦不下来。
写到这儿，眼前仿佛已经出现了我在跑道上如闪电般的身影了嘿嘿，开学时，等着让老师和同学大吃一惊吧！

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

日盼夜盼的暑假终于到来了。这是一个很长的暑假，我要让我的暑假生活过得充实，过得有意义。
首先我要认真完成的暑假作业。尽管作业很多，有语文、数学、科学、英语，但我每一个作业都按计划完成，不会做的决不放过，一定问老师，把题目弄懂。
在暑假里，我要写八篇作业。我完成暑假作业后，就写作业，打算每天一篇。每篇不少于五百字。写作业时，先构思打好腹稿，胸有成竹后再动笔写。争取每一篇都写出好文章，使自己的作文水平提高一步，使自己爱写作文。如果能这样，我以后就不怕写作文了！
在暑假里，我还要好好读些课外书。我很喜爱看课外书，可是，上学时课程多作业多，没时间看课外书。暑假期间不是每天都上很多课。我充分利用这些时间，先看完老师指定的三本书《细菌历险记》、《差点丢了自己》、《让孩子着迷的77X2个经典科学游戏》，然后看几本自己喜欢的书，扩大我的知识面。
在暑假里，我还要学英语、数学、语文，先复习学过的内容，再学习下一个学期的内容。

暂别紧张的学习，搁下上学年的总结，收拾心情计划匆匆来去的暑假。我要好好利用这两个月放飞心情、修缮自身、养身健体，决不让这个学习生涯中的驿站庸碌而过。
我的计划：
9：00起床散步
10：00做作业预习下学期内容
12：00午饭
12：30看电视听音乐看书上网或午休
14：00自学新概念英语中间休息跳跳舞毯或游泳
18：00晚餐
18：30看电视或看书
20：00写作文预习新概念整理
22：00睡觉
七月中下旬我要去胶东半岛和大连，动车、飞机、看大海我可都是第一次，真向往啊！我现在就要做功课了：查当地的地理、历史、风土人情。
假期里我还要去参加些公益活动，我已报了社区的环保拣拾垃圾、暑托班辅导孩子、浅水湾慰问贫困学生，还要去参加湖西社工委的“触爱行动”呢，正如妈妈说的，既能奉献社会，又能提高自身的素质，培养自己的责任感，小至个人，延伸社会。
这个暑假看来是紧张的，但肯定是充实的，这个驿站将是我人生旅程中值得回忆的一笔。
